For post surgery status u can start with Ganda tailam softgel cap 1-0-1 after food Ashwaganda tab 1-0-1 after food In diet u can take more of green leafy vegetables and calcium rich food like ragi, palak, methi, custard apple, more in ur diet To improve ur strength u need to do physiotherapy Thank you
