वजन बढ़ाने के लिए पूरा दैनिक कार्यक्रम 🌅 नाश्ता (8–9:30 बजे सुबह) उपमा, पोहा, इडली, डोसा, मूंग दाल चीला, वेजिटेबल पराठा (आलू पराठा कभी-कभी) एक कप भैंस का दूध 🍎 मिड स्नैक (11–11:30 बजे) कोई भी 1 फल 🍛 दोपहर का भोजन (12:30–1:30 बजे) एक कटोरी दाल एक कटोरी सब्जी रोटी चावल 2 चम्मच घी ☕ शाम की चाय (4–4:30 बजे) 1 कप दूध + कोई भी नाश्ते की चीज (अगर फल लेते हैं तो दूध न लें) 🌙 रात का खाना (7:30–8:30 बजे) एक कटोरी दाल एक कटोरी सब्जी रोटी चावल 2 चम्मच घी ❌ क्या न करें (Things to Avoid): प्रोसेस्ड फूड तैलीय खाना रेडी-टू-ईट फूड मैदा मिठाइयाँ ✅ क्या जरूर करें (Must Do): रोज़ व्यायाम करें व्यायाम के बाद 1 फल लें (केला सबसे अच्छा है) फल की जगह उबले अंडे भी ले सकते हैं हफ्ते में 2 बार स्विमिंग या रनिंग संभव हो तो वेट ट्रेनिंग करें रोज़ कम से कम 10 सूर्य नमस्कार (शुरुआत अपनी क्षमता के अनुसार करें) व्यायाम से आपकी भूख बढ़ेगी और धीरे-धीरे आपकी खाने की इच्छा (appetite) बढ़ेगी। 💊 दवाइयाँ (Medication): Syp. Hello dear, Aapki symptoms (low weight, poor digestion, weakness, and memory issues) Ayurveda ke mutabik “Mandagni” (low digestive fire) aur “Vata imbalance” ki nishani hain. Jab khana sahi se pachta nahi, toh shareer ko poshan (nutrition) nahi milta, jisse weight nahi badhta aur brain fog/bhoolne ki problem hoti hai. Ayurveda Medicines & Dosage ​Digestion sudharne ke liye (Deepana-Pachana): 1. Dasamoolarishtam: 15-20 ml ko barabar matra mein gungune pani ke saath milakar din mein do baar khana khane ke baad lein. Yeh weakness door karta hai aur digestion behtar banata hai. ​Weight aur Shakti badhane ke liye: 2. Ashwagandhadi Lehyam: 1 chammach (approx 10g) raat ko sone se pehle gungune doodh ke saath lein. Yeh muscle mass badhane aur thakan door karne mein best hai. ​Memory aur Focus ke liye: 3. Brahmi Ghritam: aadha chammach subah khali pet halke gungune pani ke saath lein. Yeh memory aur neend ki quality ko balance karega. ​ ​Ek saath bahut zyada na khayein. Thoda-thoda karke din mein 4-5 baar khayein.
