Aapka sawal bahut common hai, aur seedha jawab yeh hai ki 22 saal ki age mein naturally height badhne ki sambhavana bahut kam hoti hai, kyunki girls mein growth plates (epiphyseal plates) aam taur par 16–18 saal ke beech band ho jati hain. Agar growth plates band ho chuki hain, to 149 cm se 152 cm tak permanent height increase hona usually possible nahi hota. Lekin posture improvement, spinal flexibility aur muscle strengthening se 1–2 cm tak apparent height better lag sakti hai. Clinical assessment ke hisab se: Sabse bada factor age hai, kyunki bone growth mostly complete ho chuki hoti hai. Aapka junk food zyada lena nutrition deficiencies (protein, calcium, vitamin D) ka risk badha sakta hai. Exercise kam karna posture aur spinal alignment ko affect karta hai. High stress bhi growth hormone aur overall health par negative effect daal sakta hai, lekin 22 saal ki age mein iska height par limited impact hota hai.
