आपकी बात समझ सकता हूँ—कई मरीजों में यह समस्या देखी जाती है कि थोड़ा सा घी या घी से बनी चीज खाने के बाद भी BP बढ़ जाता है, जबकि दवा चल रही होती है। यह सुनकर घबराने की जरूरत नहीं है, लेकिन इसे हल्के में भी नहीं लेना चाहिए। असल में घी अपने आप में BP बढ़ाने वाला सीधा कारण नहीं होता, लेकिन कुछ लोगों में घी या भारी भोजन के बाद शरीर में “post-meal stress response” बढ़ जाता है। इससे हार्ट रेट और ब्लड प्रेशर अस्थायी रूप से ऊपर जा सकता है। आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह स्थिति अक्सर “वात-कफ असंतुलन” और “अग्नि मंदता (कमजोर पाचन)” के साथ जुड़ी होती है, जिससे भोजन ठीक से नहीं पचता और शरीर में “आम” बनने लगता है। यही आगे चलकर BP fluctuation को बढ़ा सकता है। दूसरी संभावना यह भी है कि आपकी BP दवा का timing या dose आपके meals के हिसाब से adjust नहीं है, या फिर शरीर में नमक/फैट के प्रति sensitivity बढ़ गई है। कुछ मरीजों में anxiety या fear of food भी BP को तुरंत ऊपर ले आता है। Heavy fatty food (घी) → digestion slow → sympathetic nervous system activate Pre-existing hypertension → BP variability ज्यादा Medication timing mismatch Stress or anxiety response after eating आयुर्वेदिक उपचार Sarpagandha Vati – 1 गोली रात को भोजन के बाद (BP नियंत्रण में सहायक, केवल डॉक्टर की देखरेख में) Arjuna Churna / Arjuna Capsules – 500 mg दिन में 2 बार (हृदय को मजबूत करता है) Punarnava Mandur – 1 गोली सुबह-शाम (fluid balance और BP stability में मदद) Ashwagandha 300 mg – रात को (stress कम करने में सहायक) आहार और जीवनशैली: घी बिल्कुल बंद नहीं, लेकिन मात्रा बहुत कम रखें (1/2–1 चम्मच/दिन) तला-भुना, भारी, और देर रात खाना avoid करें खाने के बाद 10–15 मिनट हल्की walk करें नमक सीमित रखें और processed food न लें तनाव और नींद की कमी BP को सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित करती है सही डाइट, दवा और lifestyle सुधार के साथ यह समस्या काफी हद तक control हो सकती है।

••Pranam. Ayurvedic drishtikon se aapka yeh sawal bohot mahatvapurna hai. Jab aap ghee ya koi tali-bhuni cheez khate hain aur usse turant BP badhne lagta hai, toh iska sanyog seedhe aapke Agni (digestive fire) aur Srotas (body channels) se juda hota hai. Aapke is sawal ka jawab Ayurveda ke niyam aur sharir kriya ke mutabik niche diye gaye mukhya kaaranon par nirbhar karta hai: 1. Mandagni (Kamzor Hazma) aur ‘Ama’ ka Banna ••Ayurveda mein mana jata hai ki har bimariki jad kamzor Agni hai. Ghee swabhaw se Guru (heavy to digest) aur Snigdha (unctuous/oily) hota hai. Agar aapki digestive fire (Agni) mand hai, toh woh ghee ko sahi tareeqe se pacha nahi paati. ••Adha pacha hua ghee sharir mein ‘Ama’ (toxic metabolic waste/undigested sludge) paida karta hai. Yeh Ama aapke raktavahi srotas (blood vessels) mein rukawat paida karta hai, jisse blood pressure turant badh jata hai. 2. Srotorodha (Channels mein Blockage) Jab sharir mein pehle se hi thoda Kapha ya Meda (fat) badha hua ho, aur upar se Mandagni ki wajah se Ama banne lage, toh blood vessels sankuchi (narrow) ho jaati hain. Ise Ayurveda mein Srotorodha kehte hain. Jab vessels block hone lagti hain, toh dil (Hridaya) ko khoon pump karne ke liye zyada zor lagana padta hai, jisse BP shoot up hota hai. 3. Kapha aur Vyana Vayu ka Imbalance High Blood Pressure ko Ayurveda mein mukhya roop se Vyana Vayu aur Rakta Dhatu ka prakopa mana jata hai, jisme Kapha dosha ka aavaran (blocking effect) hota hai. Ghee Kapha dosha ko badhata hai. Agar aapka Kapha pehle se hi imbalance hai, toh ghee khate hi woh Vyana Vayu ke raste ko rok deta hai, aur Vayu ke bhatakne se BP badh jata hai. Aapko Kya Karna Chahiye? (Ayurvedic Sujhav) ••Ghee ka Sevan Kuch Samay Ke Liye Band Ya Kam Karein: Jab tak aapki Agni majboot nahi hoti, tab tak direct ghee ya oily cheezon se parhez karein. ••Agni ko Deepan-Pachan Se Majboot Karein: Khane se 10-15 minute pehle adrak (ginger) ke ek chhote tukde par thoda sa sendha namak lagakar chabayen. Yeh Agni ko teez karega taaki heavy food pache. ••Arjuna Twach Churna: Ayurveda mein Arjuna ko Hridaya (heart) aur blood pressure ke liye sabse behtar mana gaya hai. Aap apne chikitsak ki salah se Arjuna ksheer pak (milk decoction) ya Arjuna tea le sakte hain. ••Garmi mein Ghee se Parhez: Kyunki abhi June ka mahina hai aur garmi zyada hai, is mausam mein sharir ki Agni swabhavik roop se kamzor hoti hai (Visarga Kaala ke asar se). Is samay heavy fats hazam karna waise bhi mushkil hota hai. ••Vishesh Tippani: Aap jo regular modern dawa (BP medicine) le rahe hain, use bilkul band na karein. Uske sath-sath apni digestive health ko sudhaarne par dhyan dein.
