Height mainly depends on various factors like genetics , nutrition, sleep, bone health . For good strengthening can start with following food remedies in the diet : Ghee Milk Almonds and dates Ragi Morning Ashwagandha Protein rich foods like Moonglow dal ,paneer Yoga exercise can be included: Tadasana Bhujangasana Surya namaskara Stretching and flexion Jogging Skipping Swimming Nice proper sleep is most important too.
