●नमस्ते। आपकी इन बातों को सुनकर मैं आपकी स्थिति को पूरी तरह समझ सकता हूँ। घबराहट, बेचैनी, रात में नींद न आना, गैस बनना और हर समय एक अनजाना सा डर बने रहना (खासकर घर के अंदर)—ये सभी लक्षण आयुर्वेद के नजरिए से ‘वात दोष’ (Vata Dosha) के असंतुलन की ओर इशारा करते हैं। जब शरीर और मन में वायु और आकाश तत्व बढ़ जाते हैं, तो वे नसों को कमजोर करते हैं, जिससे पाचन खराब (गैस बनना) होता है और मन में अस्थिरता व डर की भावना पैदा होती है। बाहर निकलने पर खुली हवा और बदलाव मिलने से वात थोड़ा शांत होता है, इसलिए आपको वहाँ बेहतर महसूस होता है। आप बिल्कुल चिंता न करें, आयुर्वेद में इसका बहुत ही सुंदर और प्रभावी समाधान है। आप नीचे दिए गए उपायों को व्यवस्थित तरीके से अपनाएं, आपको धीरे-धीरे बहुत राहत मिलेगी: ●आहार-आधारित उपाय (गर्म दूध का सेवन) रात को सोते समय एक कप गुनगुना दूध पीना नींद लाने और दिमाग को शांत करने के लिए एक अचूक दवा माना जाता है। आप दूध को और अधिक प्रभावशाली बनाने के लिए उसमें एक चुटकी ▪︎जायफल (Nutmeg) मिला सकते हैं। इसके अलावा, आप पिसे हुए बादाम + जायफल + इलायची** का मिश्रण दूध में मिलाकर ले सकते हैं। एक अन्य विकल्प लहसुन वाला दूध (दूध + थोड़ा पानी + एक उबली हुई लहसुन की कली) भी है। यह संयोजन आपके शरीर में बढ़े हुए वात को शांत करता है, गैस की समस्या को कम करता है और मन को गहरी शांति देता है। इसे रोज रात को सोने से पहले लें। ●फल और पेय-आधारित घरेलू नुस्खे चेरी (Cherries): रोजाना 10-20 चेरी खाने से मानसिक थकान दूर होती है और तनाव कम होता है। टमाटर का जूस: शाम को 4 से 5 बजे के बीच एक गिलास टमाटर का रस लें, उसमें थोड़ी सी प्राकृतिक चीनी (मिश्री) और एक चुटकी जायफल मिला लें। इसके बाद रात का खाना (Dinner) जल्दी, यानी शाम 6 से 7 बजे के बीच खा लें। यह रूटीन आपको रात में बहुत गहरी और शांतिपूर्ण नींद दिलाने में मदद करेगा। ●जड़ी-बूटी चिकित्सा (Herbal Remedy) आपकी नसों को ताकत देने और घबराहट को जड़ से खत्म करने के लिए तगर (Tagar), वैलेरियन रूट (Valerian Root), और कैमोमाइल (Chamomile) के पाउडर को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर एक मिश्रण तैयार कर लें। रोज रात को सोने से ठीक पहले इस मिश्रण का 1 छोटा चम्मच गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें। यह आयुर्वेदिक योग आपके दिमाग को आराम देता है और आपकी नसों को शांत करता है। ●सरल घरेलू उपाय कैमोमाइल टी:रात के समय एक कप कैमोमाइल चाय (Chamomile tea) पीने से प्राकृतिक रूप से बहुत अच्छी नींद आती है। जायफल का लेप: जायफल को थोड़े से घी के साथ घिसकर एक हल्का पेस्ट बना लें। इस पेस्ट को रात में माथे पर और आंखों के आसपास लगाने से दिमाग ठंडा होता है और नींद जल्दी आती है। ● अभ्यंग और स्निग्धता (तेल मालिश) वात को शांत करने का सबसे उत्तम उपाय है स्नेहण (तेल लगाना)। रात को सोने से पहले अपने सिर और पैरों के तलवों पर थोड़े से गुनगुने तिल के तेल, ब्राह्मी तेल, या जटामान्सी तेल से कुछ मिनटों तक हल्की मालिश (Abhyanga) करें। इससे शरीर की अतिरिक्त वायु शांत होती है, बेचैनी दूर होती है और गहरी नींद आती है। ● घबराहट और डर के लिए विशेष: ‘ट्रैंक्विलिटी टी’ (Tranquillity Tea) मन के डर, चिंता और घबराहट को शांत करने के लिए आप घर पर यह विशेष आयुर्वेदिक चाय तैयार कर सकते हैं: सामग्री:जटामान्सी, ब्राह्मी, और शंखपुष्पी (इन तीनों जड़ी-बूटियों को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर रख लें)। बनाने और लेने की विधि: 1 कप उबलते हुए पानी में इस मिश्रण का आधा (1/2) छोटा चम्मच डालें। इसे ढककर 5-7 मिनट के लिए छोड़ दें (steep होने दें), फिर छान लें। इस चाय को रात को सोने से लगभग 1 घंटे पहले पिएं। यह अद्भुत संयोजन मन को शांत करने, नींद में सुधार करने और मानसिक तनाव व अज्ञात डर को पूरी तरह कम करने में बेहद मददगार है।
