Aapki concern bilkul samajh sakta hoon. Sabse pehle ek important baat: agar aapki height 4.7 feet (lagbhag 143 cm) hai aur aapki age 20 saal ho chuki hai, to natural height growth ki sambhavana kaafi kam ho jati hai, kyunki is umar tak adhiktar ladkiyon ke growth plates band ho chuke hote hain. Phir bhi, posture sudharne, nutrition optimize karne aur kisi deficiency ko treat karne se 1–2 cm tak ka functional improvement kabhi-kabhi dekhne ko mil sakta hai. Clinical assessment ke hisab se aapki kam height ke kuch sambhavit karan hain: Genetic factor: Dono parents ki height kam hai, isliye hereditary influence sabse adhik sambhavit hai. Poor sleep: Growth hormone adhiktar raat ki gehri neend mein release hota hai. Bahut kam neend growth aur body development ko prabhavit kar sakti hai. Nutritional deficiencies: Protein, calcium, vitamin D, zinc ki kami growth ko bachpan aur kishoravastha mein prabhavit kar sakti hai. Aapko apni diet, yoga aur lifestyle mein niche diye gaye badlav karne chahiye: 1. Kya Khayein?
