Aapki concern bilkul samajh sakta hoon. Sabse pehle ek important baat: agar aapki height 4.7 feet (lagbhag 143 cm) hai aur aapki age 20 saal ho chuki hai, to natural height growth ki sambhavana kaafi kam ho jati hai, kyunki is umar tak adhiktar ladkiyon ke growth plates band ho chuke hote hain. Phir bhi, posture sudharne, nutrition optimize karne aur kisi deficiency ko treat karne se 1–2 cm tak ka functional improvement kabhi-kabhi dekhne ko mil sakta hai. Clinical assessment ke hisab se aapki kam height ke kuch sambhavit karan hain: Genetic factor: Dono parents ki height kam hai, isliye hereditary influence sabse adhik sambhavit hai. Poor sleep: Growth hormone adhiktar raat ki gehri neend mein release hota hai. Bahut kam neend growth aur body development ko prabhavit kar sakti hai. Junk food, soft drinks aur excessive packaged foods kam kariye. Yoga aur exercise: Tadasana, Bhujangasana, Surya Namaskar, stretching exercises aur skipping roz 20–30 minute. Seedha posture maintain kariye. Roz 7–8 ghante ki neend lena bahut zaroori hai. Panchakarma ki baat karein to is age mein height badhane ke liye Panchakarma se significant height increase ki umeed nahi hoti. Lekin Abhyanga (oil massage) aur poshak therapies overall health, muscle strength aur posture ko support kar sakti hain. Meri salah hai ki ek baar Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, CBC, Calcium profile aur thyroid test (TSH) karwa lijiye. Agar height mein pichhle 1–2 saal se bilkul growth nahi hui hai, to bahut adhik height badhne ki sambhavana kam rahegi, lekin sahi nutrition, sleep aur exercise se aap apni maximum potential health aur posture zaroor hasil kar sakti hain.
