Your total cholesterol (174 mg/dL) and LDL (81.3 mg/dL) are within acceptable limits. The main abnormality is elevated triglycerides (246 mg/dL) and VLDL (49.2 mg/dL). You may take Medohara Vati, but it should not be relied upon alone. Medohara Vati 2 tablets twice daily after meals with warm water. Triphala Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after meals. Arjunarishta 20 ml with equal water after meals, twice daily. Diet and lifestyle Avoid sugar, sweets, fruit juices, soft drinks, alcohol, and refined carbohydrates (white rice, maida, bakery items). Increase vegetables, whole grains, and high-fiber foods. Walk briskly for 30–45 minutes daily. If overweight, aim for gradual weight reduction. Repeat the lipid profile after 8–12 weeks.
