ब्राह्मी दूध सामग्री: 1/2 छोटा चम्मच ब्राह्मी पाउडर, 1 कप दूध, 1 चुटकी केसर। विधि: 2-3 मिनट तक उबालें। सोने से 30 मिनट पहले गुनगुना पी लें। लाभ: नींद में सुधार करता है, कोर्टिसोल को कम करता है और मस्तिष्क को मरम्मत मोड में डालता है। तेल मालिश: सोने से पहले 5 मिनट तक सिर और पैरों के तलवों पर ब्राह्मी तेल से मालिश करने से त्वचा के तंत्रिका रिसेप्टर्स से मस्तिष्क को शांत करने वाले संकेत मिलते हैं। आयुर्वेदिक हेयर क्लींजर फॉर्मूला: एक सरल हर्बल मिश्रण • रीठा (सूथिंग रीठा) - 2 भाग • शिकाकाई (विच हेज़लनट) - 2 भाग • मेथी (मेथी) - 1 भाग • हिबिस्कस (हिबिस्कस) - 1 भाग • भृंगराज (भृंगराज) - 1 भाग • ब्राह्मी (ब्राह्मी) - 1 भाग • यष्टिमधु (यष्टिमधु) - 1/2 भाग • नीम के पत्ते - 1/2 भाग • मंजिष्ठा (मंजिष्ठा) - 1/2 भाग सभी जड़ी-बूटियों को सुखाकर दरदरा पाउडर बनाया जा सकता है। उपयोग विधि: हर्बल मिश्रण का 1 चम्मच लें। इसे गुनगुने पानी या एलोवेरा जेल के साथ मिलाकर पेस्ट बना लें। इसे स्कैल्प पर लगाएं। 20-30 मिनट तक लगा रहने दें। फिर किसी हल्के हर्बल क्लींजर से धो लें। नियमित उपयोग से सिर की त्वचा का संतुलन और बालों की गुणवत्ता बेहतर हो सकती है। नीम और तेल की मालिश: नीम में प्राकृतिक जीवाणुरोधी और कवकनाशी गुण होते हैं। तिल या नारियल तेल में नीम मिलाकर सिर की त्वचा पर धीरे-धीरे मालिश करना लाभकारी माना जाता है। दही और नींबू का पेस्ट: दही सिर की त्वचा को नमी प्रदान करता है और नींबू में कवकनाशी गुण होते हैं। इन दोनों के संयोजन से खुजली और रूसी कम करने में मदद मिल सकती है। आहार भी महत्वपूर्ण है। केवल बाहरी उपचार पर्याप्त नहीं हैं। सिर की त्वचा का स्वास्थ्य आपके आहार से भी प्रभावित होता है। अपने आहार में शामिल करें: • ताजे फल • ओमेगा-3 के स्रोत (जैसे अलसी) • हरी सब्जियां • खूब पानी पिएं और कम करें: • अत्यधिक चीनी • तले हुए खाद्य पदार्थ • अत्यधिक प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य पदार्थ

आपकी समस्या तेलयुक्त डैंड्रफ + स्कैल्प फंगल इन्फेक्शन (Kapha + Pitta imbalance) जैसी लगती है। यह बार-बार इसलिए हो रहा है क्योंकि स्कैल्प में फंगस + अतिरिक्त ऑयल + अधूरी सफाई/रिकवरी बनी हुई है। 1. औषधीय तेल (मुख्य इलाज) नीम तेल + नारियल तेल (1:1 मिलाकर) या भृंगराज तेल / नीम आधारित तेल हफ्ते में 3 बार हल्के हाथ से लगाएं, 1–2 घंटे बाद धो लें 2. धोने के लिए (Scalp cleansing) रीठा + शिकाकाई + आंवला पानी से बाल धोएं या हल्का औषधीय एंटी-फंगल शैम्पू उपयोग करें 3. अंदर से इलाज (Very important) नीम गिलोय टैबलेट / नीम पाउडर त्रिफला चूर्ण रात को (डिटॉक्स के लिए) 4. स्कैल्प देखभाल स्कैल्प को सूखा और साफ रखें बार-बार तेल लगाने से बचें (अगर ज्यादा ऑयली है) गीले बाल लंबे समय तक न रखें 5. आहार (Diet) कम तेल, कम मीठा, कम फास्ट फूड ज्यादा पानी, हरी सब्जियां दूध और दही सीमित करें (Kapha बढ़ाते हैं)
