Hello, Based on your history of skin redness, spider veins, around the eyes, hot weather triggers, and acidity/ indigestion, this may be related to sensitive skin ,rosacea, sun damage, genetics, or fragile superficial blood vessels. Ayurveda considers this as a pitta rakta dushti . However, blood cleansing is not a scientifically established treatment, and spider veins cannot usually be removed my medicines alone. persistent facial redness or vein are best evaluated by a dermtologist as treatment such as laser therapy may be needed Treatment goals -reduce skin redness and inflammation -improve skin barrier and microcirculation -control acidity and pitta aggravation -prevent progression of spider veins -promote healthy skin tone Internal medications 1) Mahamanjisthadi kashaya= 20ml with equal water twice daily after meals for 12 weeks =traditionally used to support healthy skin and reduce pitta rakta imbalance 2) Gandhak rasayana= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 8 weeks =classically used to support skin health and reduce inflammation 4) Avipattikar churna= 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water for 6 weeks =helps reduce hyperacidity and supports digestion External care -apply pure aloe vera gel or fragrance free mositurizer twice daily -use a broad spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30-50) every morning -avoid harsh scrubs, hot water, and alcohol based skin products -do not rub or massage spider veins around the eye Diet -fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits -pomegranate, amla, cucumber -whole grains -adequate water AVOID -excess spicy, oily. and fried foods -alcohol -smoking -very hot beverages -excess tea and coffee Lifestyle -exercise 30 minutes daily to support overall circulation -protect your face from excessive heat and direct sunlight -maintain a healthy body weight -sleep 7-8 hours nightly Yoga and pranayam -anulom vilom= 10 min daily -sheetali or sheetkari pranayam= 5 min -bhramari= 5 min -gentle walking and stretching Home remedies -cool compress on the face during redness episodes -avoid sudden temperature changes -use gentle, fragrance free skincare Investigations -CBC -vitamin B12 and D -LFT Ayurevdic medicines may help reduce inflammation and improve overall skin health, but they are unlikely to eliminate establised spider veins. The most effective approach is a combination of sun protection, trigger avoidance, treatment of acidity, gentle skin care, and dermatologist evaluation. Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
Namaste,Redness of the skin and visible spider veins around the eyes may be associated with Pitta aggravation, Rakta Dushti (vitiation of blood), and localized vascular weakness. However, spider veins can also have non-Ayurvedic causes, so an examination by a dermatologist or eye specialist is advisable if they are increasing or associated with pain, swelling, or vision changes. Ayurvedic Treatment (General) * Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – 15–20 ml with equal water twice daily before meals. * Sarivadyasava – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after meals. * Avipattikar Churna – 3 g at bedtime with lukewarm water (if Pitta symptoms are present). I would recommend Panchakarma therapy rather than relying solely on medications. * Virechana Karma (therapeutic purgation) – traditionally preferred for Pitta and Rakta disorders under supervision. * Takradhara or Shirodhara if stress and heat aggravation are present.
