Internal Medicines:
1) Bakuchi Churna – 1 gm after food with lukewarm water OD × 7 days, then gradually increase if tolerated.
2) Aimil Lukoskin Syrup – 2 tsp BD after meals.
3) Aimil Neem Capsules – 1 capsule BD after food.
----External Application:
4) Aimil Lukoskin Ointment – local application at night.
5) Bakuchi Taila – patch test first; apply for 5–10 min in evening and wash off, if burning then dilute it with coconut oil
6) Guduchiyadi kwath tab 1 tab twice daily after meal
—Diet & Lifestyle:
Avoid curd, excess sour/spicy foods, fish + milk combination, junk food.
Keep digestion proper and bowels clear.
Avoid stress and late nights.
—Advice:
Sensitive skin me Bakuchi se irritation ho sakta hai, isliye redness/blisters ho to immediately band karein. Follow-up after 15–21 days.

आपके लक्षण (1–3 महीने में सफेद धब्बे बढ़ना, बिना खुजली) “श्वित्र / vitiligo (ल्यूकोडर्मा)” की शुरुआती अवस्था जैसा दिखता है। इसमें आयुर्वेद में Bakuchi (बकुची) बहुत उपयोगी माना गया है
दोनों का उपयोग किया जाता है, लेकिन बाहरी + आंतरिक संयोजन बेहतर माना जाता है।
1. Bakuchi Oil (बकुची तेल) – बाहरी उपयोग
दिन में 1–2 बार हल्के हाथ से लगाएँ
लगाने के बाद सुबह हल्की धूप (10–15 मिनट) लेना फायदेमंद होता है
धूप ज्यादा तेज न हो (जलन से बचें)
यह मेलानिन (skin color pigment) को activate करने में मदद करता है।
2. Bakuchi Churna – आंतरिक उपयोग
सामान्य मात्रा: 1/4 से 1/2 चम्मच (लगभग 1–2 ग्राम)
शहद या गुनगुने पानी के साथ दिन में 1 बार
खाना खाने के बाद लेना सुरक्षित रहता है
असर धीरे-धीरे आता है: 6–12 सप्ताह में सुधार दिख सकता है
नियमितता बहुत जरूरी है
खट्टा और ज्यादा तला-भुना कम करें
दूध + मछली साथ में न लें (viruddh aahar)
तनाव कम रखें
नींद पूरी लें

•••Aapke sawaal ka seedha jawab yeh hai ki Bakuchi Churna (khane ke liye) aur Bakuchi Taila (lagane ke liye) dono ka sath mein upyog sabse zyada asardarr hota hai.
Bakuchi Taila (Tel lagana) — Sahi Tareeka aur Samay
​Bakuchi tel lagane ka ek vishaysh (special) tarika hota hai kyunki yeh photo-sensitive hota hai (sunlight ke sath react karta hai).
​Kab lagayein: Subah ke samay.
​Kaise lagayein: White patch par halka sa Bakuchi tel lagayein aur uske baad 5 se 10 minute tak subah ki halki dhoop (mild sunlight) mein baithein.
​Dhyan dein: Shuruat mein dhoop mein sirf 2-3 minute baithein, agar koi jalan ya redness na ho toh dheere-dheere samay ko 10 minute tak badhayein. Dhoop se aane ke baad twacha ko saaf pani se dho lein.
​2. Bakuchi Churna (Khana) — Sahi Tareeka aur Samay
​Bakuchi churna sharir ke andar se melanin pigment banane mein madad karta hai.
​Kiske sath lein: Ise aamtaur par Ghee ya Gungune Paani ya Shahad (Honey) ke sath liya jata hai.
​Dose aur Samay: Halki matra mein (lagbhag 1 se 2 gram ya chauthai chammach) subah khali pet ya raat ko sone se pehle gungune paani ke sath le sakte hain.
​⚠️ Sabse Zaroori Savdhaniyan (Contraindications)
​Bakuchi ek bahut hi teekshna (strong) aushadhi hai, isliye iska upyog bina dhyan diye karne se nuksan ho sakta hai:
​Twacha par chale (Blisters): Bakuchi tel lagakar dhoop mein zyada der baithne se twacha par laalpan, jalan ya chale pad sakte hain. Agar aisa ho, toh tel lagana turant band kar dein aur wahan Nariyal tel (Coconut oil) ya Shatadhauta Ghrita lagayein.
​Matra (Dosage): Bakuchi churna ki matra hamesha kam se shuru karni chahiye, kyunki iska zyada sevan liver par asar daal sakta hai.
