V-shaped receding hairline at age 29 is commonly due to androgenetic alopecia (male pattern hair loss). Ayurveda may help support hair health and slow progression, but regrowing significantly lost frontal hair is often difficult. Take Bhringraj Churna 3 g twice daily after food. Amla Churna 3 g once daily. Brahmi Vati 1 tablet twice daily after meals. Hair oil Neelibhringadi Taila or Bhringraj Taila, apply 3–4 times weekly. Diet Include amla, curry leaves, black sesame seeds, milk, ghee, and protein-rich foods. Check vitamin D, vitamin B12, ferritin (iron stores), and thyroid function if hair loss is increasing.

Thanks for the clear and detailed guidance! It’s great to have an understandable plan. Truly appreciate it!

Here is a comprehensive Ayurvedic protocol designed to arrest hair fall, preserve the existing roots, and manage premature greying: 1. Shodhana & Local Therapies (Cleansing & Root Stimulation) The head is considered the Uttamanga (the supreme organ). To clear the channels (Srotas) and deliver nutrition directly to the roots, localized treatments are highly effective: ••Nasya Karma (Nasal Administration): The nose is the gateway to the head (Nasa Hi Shirso Dvaram). Instilling Anu Taila or Shadbindu Taila (2 to 4 drops in each nostril) in the morning on an empty stomach balances the Urdhvajatrugata Vata and Pitta, strengthening hair roots and preventing further greying. ••Shiroabhyanga (Head Massage): Regular, gentle scalp massage with Nilibhringadi Taila, Bhringraj Taila, or Mahabhringraj Taila cools the scalp, subdues the burning Tejas element, and improves microcirculation around the V-shaped hairline.
••Shirolepa (Herbal Scalp Mask): Applying a paste of Amalaki (Amla), Bhringraj, and Yashtimadhu (Licorice) mixed with a little milk or goat’s milk once a week nourishes the Romakoopa and helps restore hair texture and pigment. 2. Abhyantara Chikitsa (Internal Ayurvedic Formulations) To arrest the pathogenesis internally and restore Asthi-Majja Dhatu nourishment, the following lines of classical management are typically deployed: ••Rasayana Therapy: Amalaki Rasayana or Triphala Churna taken with honey or ghee at night acts as a potent antioxidant, directly pacifying Bhrajaka Pitta to target the greying process. ••Asthi-Poshak Formulations: Herbs that nourish the skeletal system naturally improve hair health. Lakshadi Guggulu or specific Asthiposhak combinations help stabilize the Upadhatu (hair).
••Pitta-Rakta Prasadana: Saptamrit Loha or Gandhak Rasayan can be used under professional supervision to purify the blood and reduce excess systemic heat that causes premature hair follicle senescence. 3. Dietary Modifications (Ahara) and Lifestyle (Vihara) DIET PLAN ❌ Avoid – rice at night – sugar – white flour stuff – potatoes – Fried foods – Bakery treats ✅ Include – Roti – Moong dal – Veggies – Salad – Buttermilk – Nuts Yoga (Super Important!) Daily: – Surya namaskar – Kapalbhati – 30-minute walk
