How to treat male pattern baldness and hair thinning at 27 with oily scalp? - #55558

I am 27 years old, and baldness runs in the family. I saw hair thinning and patches in my hair, so I decided to shave my head. Later on, most of the patches were gone but the earlier stage of male pattern baldness was there. Now there is just one patch at the top of my head where there are less follicles but in those follicles, hair grow but not more than 1-2 cm(s). I started with consuming Bhrungadi Vati, and D-10 antidandruff oil. My scalp is oily, I suffer from hairfall, hair thinning and there's that one big patch. Can anyone please help me out? I've been told that ayurveda can reverse this condition, is that true?
