Yes, you can use Arjuna Churna externally on the face for Vyanga (facial hyperpigmentation/melasma), but it should be used carefully, especially since your skin is dry and sensitive to sun exposure. A simple and generally safe method is: Mix 1 teaspoon Arjuna Churna with raw milk, rose water, or honey to make a soft paste. Apply a thin layer only on affected areas. Keep for 10–15 minutes and wash with normal water. Use 3–4 times weekly. For dry skin, milk or aloe vera gel is better than lemon or harsh ingredients. Also follow: Daily sunscreen or avoiding strong sunlight. Proper sleep and stress control. Hydration and Pitta-balancing diet (avoid excess spicy, fried, and sour foods). Before regular use, do a small patch test on the inner arm or behind the ear for 24 hours to rule out irritation.
