●Sitaram Ayurveda Narasimha tablets are an Ayurvedic herbal formulation used to strengthen hair, reduce hair fall, and improve texture.Dosage: 1 tablets 3 times a day after food.Best taken with milk. ●A combination based on Ayurvedic principles Dashamula Powder - 5 parts Bhingraj Powder - 4 parts Jatamansi Powder - 3 parts Mix these three ingredients and store in an airtight container ●Method of Consumption (Dugdhpak) Method of Consumption • Take a teaspoon before bedtime Add to 1 cup of cow’s milk Boil for 3-4 minutes • Drink while lukewarm. ●Consumption is not enough, do light massage with Bhringraj, Amla or coconut oil 2-3 times a week. ●Frequency: Wash hair 2-3 times a week. Washing every day can strip natural oils, causing the scalp to overproduce oil to compensate. •Technique: Massage shampoo only into the scalp. The suds will clean the lengths of the hair as you rinse. This prevents the ends from becoming too dry. •Water Temperature: Use lukewarm water. Hot water can damage the hair cuticle and lead to frizz. ●Protein: Hair is made of a protein called keratin. Ensure the diet includes eggs, lentils, lean meats, or dairy. •Iron and Zinc: These minerals prevent thinning. Leafy greens, nuts, and seeds are great sources. •Hydration: Drinking enough water ensures the hair shaft stays hydrated from the inside out. •Trims: Get a dusting or a trim every 8-12 weeks to remove split ends before they travel up the hair shaft.
Thin and weak hair at 16 years can occur due to low nutrition, anemia, stress, irregular sleep, dandruff, hormonal imbalance, or excess heat in body. Take Narasimha Rasayanam 1 teaspoon twice daily after food with milk. If using tablet form: 1 tablet twice daily after food is usually enough at this age. Apply bhringraj or neelibhringadi oil to scalp 3 times weekly. Diet Eat sesame, curry leaves, soaked almonds, dates, green leafy vegetables, milk, ghee. Avoid junk food, excess spicy foods, late sleeping.
