What to do for hair fall after moving to Himachal from Mumbai? - #54483
I have hair fall since the time i came to Himachal from Mumbai.Initially i didn't had hair fall but after few years i have this hair fall problem.It is due to hard water and stress factor.I have tried brahmi,amla,bhringraj etc. without any good effect and it doesn't suit me also.I don't have dandruff problem.

Ayurvedic Hair Cleanser Formula A simple herbal mixture can be made as follows: • Reetha (Soothing Reetha) - 2 parts • Shikakai (Witch Hazelnut) - 2 parts • Fenugreek (Methi) - 1 part • Hibiscus (Hibiscus) - 1 part • Bhringraj (Bhringraj) - 1 part • Brahmi (Brahmi) - 1 part Yashtimadhu (Yashtimadhu) - 1/2 part • Neem leaves - 1/2 part • Manjistha (Manjistha) - 1/2 part All herbs can be dried and ground into a coarse powder. How to Use Take 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture. Mix it with • lukewarm water or • aloe vera gel to form a paste. Apply it to the scalp Leave for 20-30 minutes Then wash it off with a mild herbal cleanser. Regular use can result in improved scalp balance and hair quality. ●Neem and Oil Massage: Neem has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties. Gently massaging the scalp with neem mixed with sesame or coconut oil is considered beneficial. Yogurt and Lemon Paste: Yogurt moisturizes the scalp, and lemon has antifungal properties. A combination of the two can help reduce itching and dandruff. Diet is also important. External treatments alone are not enough. Scalp health is also affected by your diet. Include in your diet: • Fresh fruits • Omega-3 sources (such as flaxseed) • Green vegetables • Drink plenty of water and reduce • Excessive sugar • Fried foods • Highly processed foods
