I have hair fall since the time i came to Himachal from Mumbai.Initially i didn't had hair fall but after few years i have this hair fall problem.It is due to hard water and stress factor.I have tried brahmi,amla,bhringraj etc. without any good effect and it doesn't suit me also.I don't have dandruff problem.

Ayurvedic Hair Cleanser Formula A simple herbal mixture can be made as follows: • Reetha (Soothing Reetha) - 2 parts • Shikakai (Witch Hazelnut) - 2 parts • Fenugreek (Methi) - 1 part • Hibiscus (Hibiscus) - 1 part • Bhringraj (Bhringraj) - 1 part • Brahmi (Brahmi) - 1 part Yashtimadhu (Yashtimadhu) - 1/2 part • Neem leaves - 1/2 part • Manjistha (Manjistha) - 1/2 part All herbs can be dried and ground into a coarse powder. How to Use Take 1 teaspoon of the herbal mixture. Mix it with • lukewarm water or • aloe vera gel to form a paste. Apply it to the scalp Leave for 20-30 minutes Then wash it off with a mild herbal cleanser. Regular use can result in improved scalp balance and hair quality. ●Neem and Oil Massage: Neem has natural antibacterial and antifungal properties. Gently massaging the scalp with neem mixed with sesame or coconut oil is considered beneficial. Yogurt and Lemon Paste: Yogurt moisturizes the scalp, and lemon has antifungal properties. A combination of the two can help reduce itching and dandruff. Diet is also important. External treatments alone are not enough. Scalp health is also affected by your diet. Include in your diet: • Fresh fruits • Omega-3 sources (such as flaxseed) • Green vegetables • Drink plenty of water and reduce • Excessive sugar • Fried foods • Highly processed foods

The change in place, climate, and water quality has increased dryness (Vata) and heat/stress (Pitta), which weakens the hair roots. Instead of only applying oils, we need to balance your body internally and improve scalp nourishment according to your constitution. –Internal Medicines: 1) Tab. Saptamrit Lauh – 1 tab bd after food 2) Cap. Bhringrajasava / Syrup – 2 tsp with equal water bd 3) Tab. Hair fall after shifting place is common due to Jal Parivartan (water change) + Vata–Pitta imbalance + stress, leading to Khalitya (hair fall) and weak hair roots. 1. Correct the root cause (very important) Use filtered/RO water for hair wash (hard water is a major trigger) Final rinse with Amla water or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar in water 2. Oil therapy (choose what suits you): Since heavy oils didn’t suit you: Use light oils → coconut oil + a few drops of castor oil Apply 2–3 times/week, keep for 1–2 hrs (not overnight if it doesn’t suit) 3. Internal support (strongly needed) Amla juice (20 ml daily) → strengthens roots Ashwagandha (for stress) at night with milk Black sesame seeds (1 tsp daily) for hair nutrition 4. Gentle hair care: Use mild herbal shampoo (avoid harsh chemicals) Avoid frequent washing with hard water No tight hairstyles / heat styling 5. Stress control (key factor): Daily Pranayama (Anulom Vilom + Bhramari) – 10–15 min Proper sleep (7–8 hrs) Diet (Hair nourishing) Add: ghee, milk, almonds, dates, green vegetables Avoid: junk, excess tea/coffee, spicy & dry food Expectation Hair fall control in 4–6 weeks, regrowth in 3–4 months with consistency.
