77 वर्ष की आयु में यदि पाचन कमजोर हो, गैस-अम्लता, कैल्शियम की कमी, हल्का घुटनों का दर्द और कमजोरी हो तो Shankha Bhasma सीमित मात्रा में लाभकारी हो सकती है। यह अग्नि सुधारने, अम्लपित्त कम करने और कैल्शियम सपोर्ट में सहायक मानी जाती है। संक्षिप्त आयुर्वेदिक उपयोग: • शंख भस्म 125 mg से 250 mg दिन में 1 बार भोजन के बाद साथ में: • गुनगुना पानी या घी-शहद की छोटी मात्रा या • जीरा-धनिया युक्त छाछ के साथ अवधि: 6 से 8 सप्ताह, फिर 2 सप्ताह का अंतर रखें। घुटनों और विटामिन D सपोर्ट हेतु: • सुबह हल्की धूप 20 मिनट • तिल, गौघृत, मूंग, पुराना चावल, छाछ उपयोगी • रात में 1 चम्मच Ashwagandha Churna गुनगुने दूध से ले सकते हैं यदि पाचन ठीक हो। सावधानी: • अधिक मात्रा लंबे समय तक बिना वैद्य सलाह न लें • किडनी स्टोन, हाई कैल्शियम या गंभीर कब्ज में सावधानी • BP और शुगर की आधुनिक दवा नियमित जारी रखें।

Hello, Shankha bhasma may not help you in addressing the pain in joints. Instead you can go for other medicines like yogaraja guggulu as internal medicines and murivenna+valiya sahacharadi thailam as external application: 1. Yogaraja guggulu pills 2—0----2 with a cup of boiled warm water after breakfast and after dinner For 120 days. 1. Murivenna+valiya sahacharadi thailam to be made luke warm and applied all over the body one hour before hot to warm water shower. Take care, Kind regards

Hello, Shankha bhasma is mainly used in Ayurveda for -acidity -indigestion -gas/bloating -calcium support It may be give mild support for calcium metabolism and digestion, but for 77 year old with knee pain and vitamin D deficiency, it should be carefully used Important clarification Shankha bhasma is not a direct treatment for Vitamin D deficiency For low vitamin D, usually -sunlight exposure -diet -and often vitamin D3 supplementation presecribed Are still important Possible benefits in your case It may help -mild indigestion/gas -weak digestion in old age -calcium support -mild acidity For knee pain, it is only supportive- not the main medicine Ayurvedic general guidance for shankha bhasma Dose= 125 mg twice daily How to take= usually with honey, ghee, warm water or buttermilk For your case= after meals with lukewarm water may suits best Duration= 4-6 weeks only FOR KNEE PAIN more useful 1) Yogaraj guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =helps stiffness/joint pain 2) Lakshadi guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =supports bones 3) Mahanarayan oil massage= gentle knee massage before warm bath For vitamin D support Very important -morning sunlight 15-20 minutes -adequate protein -sesame seeds in moderatiom -milk Please also continue any vitamin D medicine prescribed b doctor Diet -warm easy to digest meals -moong dal -ghee in small quantity -soups Avoid -excess cold food -very sour/ spicy meals if acidity present Important precautions Because of age + BP + sugar -avoid self taking high doses -buy only good quality branded medicines -monitor digestion and constipation Shankha bhasma may help mildly for digestion and calcium support in elderly age when used in small doses, but it is not enough alone for vitamin D deficiency or knee degeneration A combination of -sunlight -nutrition -mild joint support medicines -gentle activity Works better and safer at age 77 Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

Hello, 77 साल की उम्र में सेहत का इस तरह ध्यान रखना बहुत अच्छी बात है। शंख भस्म (Shankh Bhasma) आयुर्वेद में एक बहुत ही बेहतरीन दवा है, लेकिन इसके फायदों और इस्तेमाल को लेकर कुछ बातें समझना ज़रूरी है। ​पेट के लिए (For Digestion): शंख भस्म पेट के लिए रामबाण है। यह गैस, एसिडिटी, अपच (indigestion) और पेट के भारीपन को दूर करती है। ​घुटनों के दर्द और विटामिन D के लिए (For Bones): शंख भस्म में प्राकृतिक रूप से कैल्शियम (Calcium) होता है, जो हड्डियों को थोड़ी ताकत दे सकता है। लेकिन ध्यान दें: शंख भस्म सीधे तौर पर विटामिन D की कमी को पूरा नहीं करती (क्योंकि विटामिन D एक अलग तत्व है जो धूप या सप्लीमेंट्स से मिलता है), हां यह कैल्शियम एब्जॉर्प्शन में मदद ज़रूर कर सकती है। 1. ​Shankh Bhasma (पेट और हल्के कैल्शियम के लिए): ​मात्रा: 125 mg से 250 mg (लगभग 1 से 2 चुटकी)। ​कैसे लें: इसे थोड़े से शहद (honey) या गुनगुने पानी के साथ मिलाएं। ​कब लें: दिन में दो बार, खाना खाने के लगभग 30 मिनट बाद। ​Ksheerabala Capsule या Dhanwantharam Pills (घुटनों के दर्द और कमजोरी के लिए): ​ 2. (Duration) ​शंख भस्म को लगातार 4 से 6 हफ्ते (1 से 1.5 महीना) तक लिया जा सकता है। पेट की समस्या ठीक होने पर इसे बंद किया जा सकता है। इसे बिना डॉक्टर की सलाह के लगातार कई महीनों तक न लें।

Haritaki tablet 1 hs after food with luckwarm water 5. Mahanarayan oil external application for massage

कोई भी दवाई डॉक्टर की सलाह बिना ना ले, जैसे आपने कहा घुटनो में दर्द स्टार्ट हुआ है, तो शायद ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस यानी घुटनों की बीच की कार्टिलेज का घिसना स्टार्ट हो चुका है, ये उम्र से जुड़ी समस्या है उसको वापस नॉर्मल नहीं कर सकते लेकिन उसको आगे बढ़ने से रोक सकते है या धीमा किया जा सकता है. उसके लिए आप आयुर्वेद डॉक्टर की निगरानी में दवाई लीजिए, कोई भी ऐसे ही दवाई मत लीजिए, कई बार ये दवाई में मिलावट भी हो सकती है जो किडनी और लिवर को नुकसान पहोचा सकता है तो डॉक्टर की सलाह से लीजिए, उसके अलावा कई बार शंख भस्म आपने बीपी को ऊपर नीचे कर सकता है. उसके साथ आपको वायु,जो दर्द का कारण बनता उसको ठीक करने के लिए कुछ खाने पिने में तथा कुछ आदतों में बदलाव लाना चाहिए जो आपके आयुर्वेद डॉक्टर आप को देख के ही बता सकते है.

77 वर्ष की आयु में Shankh Bhasma केवल घुटनों के दर्द या Vitamin D की कमी के लिए मुख्य उपचार नहीं माना जाता। यह अधिकतर पाचन/अम्लता संबंधी उपयोगों में दिया जाता है। संक्षिप्त सलाह: Vitamin D कमी के लिए डॉक्टर द्वारा दी गई Vitamin D सप्लीमेंट अधिक प्रभावी रहती है घुटनों के लिए हल्की वॉक, धूप (15–20 मिनट), और प्रोटीन/कैल्शियम युक्त आहार लें Shankh Bhasma बिना चिकित्सकीय निगरानी लंबे समय तक शुरू न करें अगर पाचन हेतु ही देना हो तो सामान्यतः 125–250 mg भोजन के बाद शहद/घी के साथ दिया जाता है, लेकिन उम्र और BP/शुगर दवाओं के कारण पहले चिकित्सकीय सलाह बेहतर रहेगी.
