I’ve heard that Ashwagandha benefits for height are well-known in Ayurveda, but I’m not sure if it actually works. My son is 15 years old, and he’s worried that he isn’t growing as tall as his friends. Someone suggested trying Ashwagandha because it’s supposed to help with growth and development.
