Your symptoms, such as irregular periods, hair concerns, and history of miscarriages, suggests a deeper imbalance in your vata and kapha doshas, influencing your reproductive system.

First, focus on your diet to balance your doshas and improve reproductive health. Favor a vata-kapha pacifying diet, emphasizing warm, cooked foods. Include healthy oils like ghee and sesame oil in moderate amounts. Whole grains like quinoa and rice, vegetables such as carrots, beets, and sweet potatoes can be beneficial. Also, be cautious about sugar and processed foods, which can exacerbate your symptoms.

Incorporate herbs known for balancing hormones and improving reproductive health. Shatavari and Ashwagandha are renowned for their supportive effects on the female reproductive system. Try taking Shatavari in powdered form with warm milk in the evening, while Ashwagandha can be consumed the same way in the morning.
