Iam 50 years old femaleIhave gut issues for more than two years. I have frequent stools Twice in the morning and once in the evening But When i eat out side food it is more than this I cannot tolerate even a small amount of spice outsidefood is a red signal to me.whenI travel it is a nightmare when beat Outside food i will have loose motions.
