Area of specialization:
I am mainly working with digestive disorders like acidity, IBS, constipation, gastritis and related gut issues, which I see very often in daily practice. I also focus a lot on women’s health, including PCOS, irregular periods, fertility support and hormonal imbalance, though every case behaves a little different. Skin and hair concerns such as acne, pigmentation, eczema, dandruff and hair fall are another core area of my work, and many patients come after trying many options already. I manage joint and bone conditions too, like arthritis, back pain, cervical and lumbar problems, where slow steady care matters more than fast relief. I also handle stress, anxiety and sleep related problems, sometimes these sit quietly behind physical symptoms. Obesity and metabolism correction is done through tailored diet and lifestyle plans, not strict rules. I give Panchakarma guidance and detox programs when needed, but only after proper assessment. My practice stays evidence-based, clear and practical, even if plans change midway!!
Achievements:
I am completed certified courses in Yoga and Diet & Nutrition, which shaped how I look at healing beyond medicines. I have treated many chronic cases using an integrated Ayurveda-Yoga-Diet approach, sometimes results came slow, sometimes quicker. Clients often appreciated my clear explantions, compassionate care and practical guidance!!. I also conducted awareness sessions on Ayurveda, women’s wellness, diet correction and lifestyle improvment. Designing customised diet and yoga plans that helped clients reach sustainable results is something I value, even when adjustments was needed midway.

I am a qualified Ayurveda physician who works closely with people looking for holistic and result-oriented care, though every case still feels a bit different to me. My consultations are rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles, but I also adapt them to present-day routines, work stress, food habits, and daily pressures that patients usually talk about halfway through the visit. I spend time understanding Prakriti, lifestyle patterns, digestion, sleep, and personal health goals, sometimes more time than planned honestly. Based on this, I design individualised treatment plans using Ayurvedic herbal formulations, diet correction, Panchakarma guidance, and lifestyle changes that patients can actually follow. I try not to overload plans, though at times it takes a few adjustments to get it right. My approach stays focused on identifying root cause of illness rather than only managing surface symptoms, even when progress feels slow. I believe restoring balance in the body leads to better energy, improved wellbeing, and steadier long-term health, but results can vary and that is part of real practice. I keep observing, revising, and learning from each patient interaction, because Ayurveda is precise yet flexible, and care should feel personal not rushed!! Over time, working this way has shaped how I practice and how I listen, and that matters more to me than quick fixes or short term relief.
