Seeking Ayurvedic Help for Elevated Triglycerides and Menopause - #50488

I am 51 yr old woman, going through menopause, my weight has increased by 5 kgs over the past 2 yrs (currently 60 kgs), and recent labs showed elevated triglycerides at 190s and low HDL. I have hypothyroidism and take daily synthyroid 75 mcg daily for the past 4 years. I would like to try ayurvedic medicine for the hypertryglyceridemia

Hi… You can take Tab Abana-2-BD Tab lipidom -2 B Arjunarishta 15 ml BD And there is one juice name cholesterol go …I don’t know whether you get this or not…but it would be better if you find Avoid oily and spicy food Add garlic and cinnamon in your daily diet if possible Do some work out …let your body sweat and Pranayam ( breathing exercises) Thankyou
