Experience:
6 years
Education:
Uttarakhand Ayurveda University
Academic degree:
Doctor of Medicine in Ayurveda
Area of specialization:
I have specialized in Kayachikitsa, the branch of Ayurveda focused on internal medicine and systemic health. My clinical interest lies in managing a wide spectrum of chronic and lifestyle-related disorders, including metabolic imbalances, autoimmune conditions, and stress-induced ailments. Through a combination of classical Ayurvedic formulations, personalized dietary guidance, and therapeutic procedures like Panchakarma, I aim to restore balance and long-term wellness. I approach each patient holistically, addressing not just symptoms but root causes, and tailoring care to their unique constitution and health history. My goal is to provide evidence-based, compassionate treatment that empowers patients in their healing journey.
Achievements:
For me, the most meaningful achievement is witnessing the recovery and renewed vitality of my patients. Each successful treatment reflects the trust placed in Ayurveda and reaffirms my purpose as a healer. Seeing individuals regain balance and health through natural therapies is the greatest reward and continues to inspire my commitment to personalized, compassionate care.

I completed my undergraduate studies in Ayurveda in 2020, which laid a strong and essential foundation for my medical journey. This phase not only deepened my understanding of classical Ayurvedic principles but also instilled in me a deep respect for the holistic healing approach rooted in our ancient traditions. Motivated to further specialize, I pursued postgraduation in Kayachikitsa—the branch of Ayurveda that deals with internal medicine. Throughout my academic training and clinical exposure, I have been particularly drawn to the treatment of chronic conditions through a personalized, patient-centric approach. My focus in Kayachikitsa has allowed me to explore and understand the management of metabolic disorders, autoimmune conditions, digestive ailments, and psychosomatic diseases using classical formulations, Panchakarma therapies, and lifestyle modifications rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom. I believe in integrating classical texts with practical experience to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient's unique Prakriti (constitution) and Vikriti (imbalance). I approach every case with careful observation, clinical reasoning, and empathy, striving not just for symptomatic relief but long-term wellness and balance. As a physician, my goal is not only to treat diseases but also to promote preventive health through Dinacharya, Ritucharya, and Ahara-Vihara practices. I am deeply committed to patient education, helping individuals become active participants in their healing process. Whether managing chronic illnesses or addressing lifestyle-related health concerns, I strive to offer authentic, ethical, and effective Ayurvedic care grounded in scientific reasoning and traditional values.
