I also noticed that I sometimes feel short of breath and get dizzy unexpectedly, even when I eat properly. A few weeks ago, I had a routine blood test, and my doctor mentioned that my red blood cells were uneven in size, which might be related to anisocytosis. From what I read, anisocytosis is a condition where red blood cells vary in size, which can indicate anemia, vitamin deficiencies, or other underlying blood disorders. I’m worried that this is affecting my energy levels and circulation, and I want to know if Ayurveda has natural ways to improve red blood cell health and prevent further imbalances. I don’t always eat a well-balanced diet, and I tend to skip meals or rely on processed foods—could my poor nutrition be contributing to my anisocytosis symptoms?
