Doctors' responses

The best treatment is agnikarma.Visit an authorised nearby Panchakarma centre and do the needful. Also after doing the agnikarma, advised to apply Jathyadi ghritam on the spots to avoid burning sensation and easy healing. Even after the process chances of recurrence is there,so you are supposed to do regular exercise, maintain proper hygiene. Avoid excessive sweets, cheese, packed food items, oily food items, minimalise non vegetarian foods from your diet.Avoid taking carbonated drinks.

Removing warts, especially when they’re located around sensitive areas like the neck, requires careful attention to both safety and efficacy. From an Ayurvedic perspective, understanding the underlying cause is crucial, often linked to a disturbance in Kapha or accumulation of toxins in the body.

To tackle warts safely, you might want to consider a few Ayurvedic remedies. Applying fresh, natural ingredients can be helpful. A blend of garlic and water made into a paste, when applied directly on the warts, can sometimes help with reducing their size over time. Use a small amount and keep it covered for about 30 minutes if applying on sensitive skin like the neck. Do this daily until you see some changes. Ensure that you’re not allergic to garlic before trying it.

Another option is applying a drop of castor oil twice a day. Known in Ayurveda for its skin-soothing properties, castor oil can help in softening the warts and eventually making them fall off on their own. Ensure that the area is clean before application and cover it with a gentle bandage if necessary.

In terms of diet and lifestyle, try to enhance your digestive fire—Agni—by avoiding heavy, oily foods that can aggravate Kapha imbalance. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables that are rough, dry, and light, such as apples, pears, and leafy greens. Also, drink warm water throughout the day to help clear toxins out of the system.

If these remedies don’t show improvements after a few weeks, or if the warts grow or become painful, it’s advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for further examination. While over-the-counter wart removal creams exist, these should be used with caution and under guidance, especially near sensitive areas.

Always prioritize safe handling. If the warts are persistent, professional advice is best to avoid any complications or skin damage.
