Sitaram Sudhabala Thailam - #35641
I am struggling with persistent joint pain, mostly in my knees and fingers, and I've tried a bunch of over-the-counter meds, but nothing seems to work long-term. A friend mentioned Sitaram Sudhabala Thailam, and I thought maybe this could help? I'm not really into a bunch of synthetic stuff and prefer natural remedies, so I looked into it a bit. Last month, I had some blood tests done, and they showed inflammation markers were high. I don't wanna just mask the pain with pills – that’s not a solution, right? Anyway, I’ve read that Sitaram Sudhabala Thailam is supposed to be good for joint issues. Could anyone share their experience with it? Does it really help with inflammation or rebuilding cartilage? I've thought about using this Thailam, but I'm a bit worried about applying oils, like will it make my joints too greasy, and am I applying it right? Do I need to do any specific exercises along with it or changes in diet? I've kinda made some dietary changes already.. maybe more to go? But still, I’m unsure. Any advice or insights would be super appreciated! Thanks everyone!
