I am really confused about this avipathi choornam stuff. A few weeks ago, I was having major digestive issues — bloating, gas, and just feeling heavy in my stomach all the time. My friend, who's super into Ayurveda, mentioned this avipathi choornam and said it could really help. She even let me try some, and honestly, it felt kinda good after just a few days. But now I’m stuck here wondering, like, how to use it properly? I found some information online saying it's for issues like indigestion and the like, but I’m not clear on how much to take or when to take it. Should I mix it with water, or is there a better way to ingest it? Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of? It’s like I want to get the most out of this avipathi choornam, but all this uncertainty kinda makes me anxious. I’ve also read that it’s good for balancing doshas.
