is curd good for gas - #41052
I am dealing with like, this really annoying issue. For the last couple of weeks, I've been experiencing bad gas, especially after eating certain foods. I eat kinda healthy but sometimes I’ll indulge a bit. Spicy foods, beans, you know, the usual culprits. Anyway, a friend suggested I try adding more dairy to my diet, saying that is curd good for gas? This whole idea has me confused. I mean, I thought dairy could sometimes make gas issues worse? But then I read somewhere online that curd can actually help with digestion and soothe your stomach. I don't drink a lot of milk or eat cheese too often. I do like curd, though. Might it actually help with the gas situation I’m in? What about if I'm lactose intolerant? Would that make it worse? Honestly, I'm just tired of the bloating and discomfort 🙄. Can curd really be a solution, or is it more of a myth? I'm kinda desperate here, any advice would be much appreciated!
