Kamjori aur chakkar aane ki shikayat yadi lagatar bani rahe toh is par dhyan dena zaroori hai. Ayurveda ke anusar, shareer me weakness aur dizziness agni ki vikruti, doshon ki asantulan, ya ras dhatu ki kamzori se jud ke ho sakte hain. Sabse pehle, aapka ahar-varj jitnei sanshay hai, us par dhyan deyin.

Khane me poshak tatvon ka kami ho sakti hai. Aapko apne ahar me iron, vitamin B12, aur folic acid se bhara khana shamil karna chahiye, jaise ankurit dane, hara bhara saag, aur badam. Ajwain aur hing ke saath paka huwa sabzi wajah ko bhetr karega. Yadi lagta hai ki digestive fire kamzori ho, toh adrak ke kaava ya jeera paani ka sev karein.

Din me thoda dahi kha lain ya buttermilk se shurovat karein. Din ke madh inhe lena sehiyat mand hai, ye aapke pachan tantra ko marsbooti dega.

Kamjori aur chakkar aana vata dosha ke asantulan aur agni ki kami ka sanket ho sakta hai. Is sthiti mein, pehle poshan aur pchana par dhyan dena zaroori hai. Din ki shuruaat ek glass garam paani ke saath karein, isse agni (digestive fire) suddhrat hota hai. Aahar mein thoda haldi, adrak aur jeera shamil karein, ye vata ko santulan karne aur bhookh ko badhane me sahayak hota hai.

Khana chhote, lagatar bhojan me lein, taki pchan vyavastha theek se kaam kare. Gehu ke bajaye ki hudharan, bajra ya jowar jaise anaje chune, kyunki ye vyaadi ko door karne mein madad karte hain. Ghar ke bane saraal bhojan ko mahattav dein aur unhe achhi tarah se chaba kar khaye.

Thakan aur kamjori ke liye Ashwagandha churn le sakte hain, din mein do baar gungune doodh ke saath. Ye shakti badhata hai aur manorajya ko sudheet karta hai. Pranayam jese anulom vilom ka abhyas bhi pratidin 15-20 minute karein aur sath hi dhyan awashyak hai, jo sharirik aur mansik sthiti ko majboot kar sakta hai.

Lekin agar aapke symptoms kathin bann rahe hai ya vyast kar rahe hai, toh doctor se milna chahiye, kuch cases mein ye causes alag cheezon ke upar bhi based ho sakte hain jo turant jaanch mangti hain. Hamisha dhyan rakhe, ki agar symptoms badh rahe hai to vastvik chikitsa lena zaroori hai.
