Flexy Capsule is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Green Remedies. It is used in the treatment of musculo-skeletal disorders such as tendonitis, calcaneal spur, osteo arthritis, etc. 
Ingredients of Flexy Capsule:
Each capsule contains –
Shallaki – Boswelia serrata – 100 mg
Eranda – Ricinus communis – 50 mg
Ashwagandha  – Withania somnifera – 50 mg
Nirgundi – Vitex negundo – 75 mg – It s a very good muscle relaxant, pain relieving, anti mosquito, anti anxiety, anti asthma and so on, herb of Ayurveda.
Shunti – Zingiber officinale – 25 mg – ginger
Mahayogaraja guggulu – 100 mg – It is a very famous and versatile Ayurvedic medicine in tablet form. This tablet has Guggulu (commiphora mukul) as its base. It is used in a number of diseases.
Shankha bhasma – 25 mg – It is an Ayurvedic medicine prepared from Conch shell. It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of calcium deficiency, gastritis, abdominal pain, malabsorption syndrome etc.
Kokilaksha – Asteracantha longifolia – 25 mg – It is a plant mentioned in Ayurveda for the treatment of general debility, jaundice, distention of abdomen, swelling, difficulty in urination and impotency.

Musculo-skeletal pain
Dosage of Flexy Capsule:
1-2 capsules twice or thrice a day, or as directed by the physician.
Side effects of Flexy Capsule:
There are no known side effects with this medicine.
However, it is best to use this medicine under medical supervision.
