Eladi Churna it is the churna or powder containing ela i.e, elaichi as one of the ingredients.

Its usage:

1. Improves digestion.
   
2. Relieves vomiting, abdominal pain, anorexia.
3. scraps the tongue and refreshens the mouth, removes the bad odour.

Effects on dosha: balances kapha and vata.

In excess may increase pitta and gastric irritation.

Dosage:

1/4-1/2tsf with honey or milk or sugar.oncxe or twice as suggested by ayurvedic physician.

Eladi choornam ingredients:

Ela (Cardamom), Cinnamon, Nagakesara, Pepper, Long pepper, Ginger, – all in the gradually increasing proportion.
