I have a pain in my abdomen and my other body part is also paining and constipation....when I want to poo I feel sick.sometimes I feel like something is moving in my stomach and I also have shortness of breath

As per your condition you should take fibers rich diet, counsume fruits, sprouts here I am providing you some medication along with some pranayama 1. Trifala powder 1/2 tsf at night with leukworm water 2. Avipattikar powder 1/2 tsf at early morning with leukworm water 3. Tab. Stresscom 1 tab BD Avoid Spicy, heavy meal and overeating Do Bhramari pranayama and meditation on regular basis
