For sciatica and degeneration issues, applying warm Mahanarayan oil to the affected areas (back, neck, and sciatica regions) can help reduce pain. Warm the oil slightly before use, massaging it gently into the skin for 15-20 minutes, preferably twice a day. Try simple yoga stretches, focussing on the lower back and spinal area, like Bhujangasana (Cobra pose) and Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose), practiced daily. But ensure they are done under guidance of an experienced practitioner.

Concerning gallstones, consuming 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder mixed with warm water once a day could hep manage inflammation. It’s essential to follow a pitta-pacifying diet. This means eating more cooling foods like cucumbers, leafy greens, and avoid spicy, fried, and greasy foods. Drink warm water with lemon in the morning, but again, consult your healthcare provider before implementing new remedies, especially with gallstones.

For hiatus hernia, it is helpful to eat small, frequent meals and avoid lying down immediately after eating. Chewing your food until it’s mush can ease digestion and lessen bloating. To prevent exacerbation, avoid foods that may trigger acidity like citrus fruits, tomatoes and caffeinated drinks.

For hair loss, Ayurveda suggests a balanced diet rich in protein and iron, leafy greens, legumes, and seeds like sesame and pumpkin. Applying Bhringraj oil to the scalp once or twice a week before washing can nourish hair roots. Consider including herbal teas with amla and Bhrami. Managing stress — perhaps with pranayama or meditation daily for 10-15 mins — could also be beneficial.

In weight management, focus on a Kapha-pacifying diet. This includes warm, light, and dry foods. Exercise moderately, aiming for brisk walking daily. Prioritize sleep, ensuring you get 7 to 8 hours of restful sleep each night.

For a complete and holistic approach, consult with an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner who can personalise these suggestions according to your constitution and medical history.

For a multifaceted situation like yours, addressing each issue holistically is essential while understanding the interconnectedness of the symptoms. In Ayurveda, balancing your doshas is crucial. Gallstones and digestive issues often relate to an imbalance in the pitta dosha, while sciatica and fibromyalgia may involve vata derangement.

Starting with gallstones and digestion: focus on a pitta-pacifying diet. Avoid spicy, greasy, or sour foods and include more cooling, soothing foods like cucumbers, melons, and zucchini. Incorporate a daily concoction of fresh juice with turmeric and ginger, aiding digestion and reducing inflammation. A decoction of Triphala might help with digestion, but consult an Ayurvedic practitioner first.

For sciatica and body pain: external application of warm sesame oil mixed with a bit of garlic can be soothing. Use gentle massage (self-massage is fine) followed by a warm compress. Incorporating a regular gentle yoga practice tailored for your condition can help ease nerve pain and improve mobility.

With hair loss, consider dietary support by including bhringraj powder in your regimen, known to support hair health. Mix with water and apply directly to the scalp a couple of times a week. Check your overall nutritional intake, particularly protein and iron levels, which are crucial for hair health.

For weight management and bloating, ensure your agni (digestive fire) is strong. Start meals with a small piece of fresh ginger with rock salt to kindle the digestive process. Practicing deep breathing exercises can help reduce stress, a secondary bloating trigger, and ground vata energy.

Since you have degeneration and fibromyalgia concerns, it’s vital to maintain an anti-inflammatory lifestyle. Include plenty of leafy greens, healthy fats like ghee in moderation, and nurturing soups. Be cautious with lifestyle and physical activity — overexertion is not advisable.

Continue engaging with a medical professional as needed—particularly for progressive conditions like spine degeneration. Complementary applications such as Ayurveda can support your wellness journey within safe parameters.
