I am really starting to worry about this ongoing pain in my knee. A few months ago, I twisted it while playing soccer and it hasn’t been the same since. I thought resting and icing it would help, but nope! The swelling hasn’t really gone down and I sometimes feel this sharp pain that shoots when I walk. I heard my friend talking about SNA Murivenna and how it can help with joint pain, but I have no idea how it actually works. Soo, I did a bit of googling and found out it's an Ayurvedic oil used for joint issues, but I'm kinda lost on how to use it. Like, do you just apply it directly or should I mix it with something? And would it be safe to use alongside, say, other meds I’m taking for inflammation? Last week, I tried a topical pain relief cream, but it didn’t do much. I’ve read that with SNA Murivenna, it’s not just about relief but also healing the tissues? Is that right? Really hoping someone can clarify if SNA Murivenna is worth trying. I’m getting frustrated and just want to get back on the field without worryin’ about my knee acting up again. Thanks in advance for any advice!
