Seeking Advice for Inflamed Tendon Recovery - #39470

I have an inflamed tendon, the supra spinatus on my right shoulder after a sport injury. Have had physio , still attending a physio class, have also continued kundalini classes, swimming and Qi gong adapting as necessary . Pain was decreasing but still present after 6 months . Been told healing could take 1 year or more . Pain a bit worse last week after overdoing exercise and physio class . Can you help at all? Any advice on diet,, drinks or exercise welcome , thank you 🙏
