After my mum had hip surgery after 1 year, her right calf and ankle experience pain. On the outside of the right ankle a 2cm dark circle has developed on the skin. She says it feels heavy all the time and can't feel her leg. Making it difficult for her to walk and causing mobility issues. Can you recommend a recovery ayurveda remedy to make her leg pain go away please. I'm not sure if it's the nerves or something else. Thank you

Warm the oil slightly and massage the affected area for about 15-20 minutes daily; follow this with a warm compress to enhance absorption.
