Hello Snehal. Your urine report indicates a UTI caused by E. coli with high bacterial presence and elevated pus cells (18-20/hpf), confirming infection. This is inflammation along with Pitta Disha aggravation according to Ayurveda. Start with Tab Gokshuradi guggulu 2 tabs at 6 am & 6 pm with warm water. Tab Chandraprabha vati 1-1-1 before meals. Have water boiled with giloy & dhaniya seeds throughout the day instead of normal water. No dairy/ alcohol/ spicy/salty/ non veg / fermented foods.

Your urine report indicates a significant presence of Escherichia coli (E. coli) bacteria, along with elevated pus cells and a high colony count, suggesting a urinary tract infection (UTI). In Ayurveda, UTIs are often linked to imbalances in Pitta dosha, particularly in the mutravaha srotas (urinary channels), which can lead to inflammation and infection. Natural Ayurvedic remedies can provide relief and support the body’s ability to clear the infection. Herbs such as Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris), Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa), and Chandana (Sandalwood) have diuretic and antibacterial properties that help alleviate symptoms and reduce bacterial load. Varunadi Kwath is another beneficial Ayurvedic preparation that supports urinary tract health and soothes inflammation. Hydrating with warm water throughout the day, along with barley water or coconut water, can aid in flushing out toxins and bacteria. Avoiding spicy, sour, and heavy foods will help prevent aggravation of Pitta and relieve discomfort. While these remedies can assist in symptom management, it’s essential to continue any prescribed antibiotics and consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner to integrate herbal therapies safely alongside conventional treatment, ensuring comprehensive healing.

Alright, so looks like you’ve been dealing with a urinary tract infection (UTI). The report mentions bacteria, specifically Escherichia coli, which is the most common cause for UTIs. Those pus cells, 18-20/hpf, yep, indicate the infection is active, urgh… Common, let’s dive into how Ayurveda can lend a hand here.

Firstly, balancing your doshas is key! UTIs often signal a Pitta imbalance, characterized by burning sensations and inflammation. Drinking plenty of water, like a champ and incorporating coconut water can be a game changer — it’s cooling and can calm that fiery Pitta energy.

Next, you might wanna try some herbal help. Coriander seeds, for example, can prove beneficial. Boil 1 tablespoon of those seeds in 2 cups of water, straining it, and sip it throughout the day to soothe the urinary tract. Healing teas with cumin also joint he party — cumin and coriander tea is soothing and could lessen urinary discomfort.

Your diet needs a tweak too! Focus on foods that don’t ramp up the heat — avoid spicy, fried food and instead welcome more alkaline-forming foods like cucumber, and watermelon. Ditch caffeine and alcohol consumption for a bit, they don’t do any favors to your UTI woes.

Also, consider Triphala — known for its cleansing properties. Taking 1 teaspoon of Triphala at night with warm water may assist your body in cleansing it naturally. But before mixng with any herbal supplement or remedy, be sure there’re no contraindications with medications you might be on.

If symptoms don’t improve in a couple days or actually worsen, please pop by a doctor. Medical intervention, sometimes antibiotics may just be the thing you need if natural methods don’t quite hit the mark this time. Safety first, always.

Between lifestyle changes and diet adjustments, with a touch of herbs, you could be on your way to relief. Just remember, embracing Ayurveda is about aligning everything from your daily habits to your thoughts and diet. Take care, stay positive, and hydrate consistently!
