Possible Reasons 1. Hormonal imbalance (common at 18–25) High androgens can increase oil production leading to acne and oily skin. 2. Dandruff & scalp oiliness Often related to Seborrheic Dermatitis, which can also worsen facial acne. 3. Gut / digestion imbalance Frequent stomach discomfort suggests weak digestion, which can contribute to skin problems. 4. Stress & neurotransmitter imbalance Mood swings and poor focus can also influence hormones and inflammation. What You Can Do 1. Improve Digestion (very important for acne) Morning routine: 1 glass warm water with lemon Avoid heavy food late at night Helpful foods: fruits (papaya, pomegranate) green vegetables buttermilk after lunch Reduce: fried food sugary snacks excessive dairy protein powders if using 2. Skin Care Routine Morning: Wash face with a gentle salicylic acid cleanser Apply non-comedogenic moisturizer Use sunscreen if outdoors Night: Clean face again Apply 2.5% benzoyl peroxide or adapalene gel These help reduce oil and acne bacteria. 3. Control Dandruff Use an anti-dandruff shampoo containing: ketoconazole zinc pyrithione 2–3 times weekly. 4. Natural / Ayurvedic Support These herbs are traditionally used for acne and digestion: Neem Manjistha Guduchi Triphala at night They help detoxification and skin health. 5. Improve Stamina & Focus Add: soaked almonds (4–5 in morning) regular sleep (7–8 hours) breathing exercises (pranayama) Low stamina can sometimes be related to low iron or vitamin B12, so testing these may help.
