Grey hair and mild scalp psoriasis need a gentle, non-irritating approach. Chemical dyes often worsen dryness and flaking, so natural dye is a better option for you. First understand: natural dyes do not give instant jet black permanent color, but with regular use they give a dark brown to black tone safely. For natural black dye: Take henna powder (pure) Add amla powder and a little coffee powder Mix with water and keep overnight Apply this on hair for 2–3 hours and wash. Next day apply indigo powder paste (mixed fresh with water) and keep for 1–2 hours, then wash. This 2-step method gives black shade naturally. For easier single-step: Mix henna + indigo + amla together and apply, but color will be more brownish-black. Do this once every 2–3 weeks. For psoriasis and scalp care: Apply coconut oil with a pinch of turmeric or neem powder 2–3 times a week. Keep for 30–60 minutes before washing. Avoid very hot water, harsh shampoos, and chemical treatments. Wash hair with mild herbal shampoo. For reducing further greying: Diet should include ghee, black sesame seeds, curry leaves, and amla regularly. Avoid excess stress, late nights, and very spicy or junk food. Medicines: Bhringraj churna 3 grams daily with warm water. Amla churna 3 grams daily. Triphala churna 3 grams at night. These support hair health and slow greying gradually. Be consistent for few months to see visible change.
