What to do now 🔹 1. Internal liver support (most important) bhumyamalaki → best for liver healing kalmegh → reduces liver inflammation guduchi (giloy) → immunity + detox avipattikar churna → balances pitta 👉 take under supervision, especially with hepatitis B 🍲 2. strict diet (very important) ❌ avoid: oily, fried food spicy food alcohol (strict no) non-veg (temporarily reduce/avoid) packaged food ✅ give: boiled vegetables lauki, tori, karela coconut water pomegranate warm, light food 💧 3. hydration plenty of water coconut water daily 👉 helps flush toxins 🌿 4. external application (for relief) instead of triphala + honey: neem oil + coconut oil (mix) → apply on itching areas aloe vera gel (fresh) → soothing 👉 reduces itching but won’t cure root cause alone 🛁 5. bathing use neem water bath (boil neem leaves, cool, use) avoid hot water (increases itching) 🧘 6. lifestyle avoid stress (important trigger) proper sleep avoid very cold/dry environment (use moisturizer) ⚠️ when to be careful if: yellow eyes/skin dark urine extreme fatigue 👉 immediate liver evaluation needed 🌟 simple plan morning: coconut water day: light diet evening: neem oil application night: aloe vera 🧠 straight truth 👉 this is not just skin allergy 👉 this is liver + blood purification issue so: ✔ creams alone won’t work ✔ internal correction
Skin itching all over the body in a case of hepatitis B should be taken seriously, as it can be related to liver involvement and bile imbalance, not just a skin issue. External application alone (like triphala + honey) will not be sufficient. Internal liver support is important. Keep diet very light and liver-friendly. Avoid oily, fried, spicy food, alcohol, and packaged items. Give more fresh, warm, simple meals. Good hydration is important. At home, coconut oil application can help soothe itching. Neem water bath can also give some relief. Avoid harsh soaps. Arogyavardhini vati – 1 tablet twice daily after food Guduchi (Giloy) tablet – 1 tablet twice daily Mahamanjishtadi kwath (tablet form) – 1 tablet twice daily These help in liver support, reducing itching, and improving skin condition. Since hepatitis B is involved, regular monitoring of liver function with your doctor is important. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
