Hello , women 55 years old. She already in menopause. All night she sweating . She is having Shatavari gulam . It’s not help as much . Could you please recommend some Ayurvedic herbs

Hi Dear, Menopause is not a sickness, it’s only a transition phase into a new life. Problems should be addressed holistically. Ayurvedic treatment protocols address the root cause and relieves symptoms and delay ageing problems. Consume drakshadi kwath 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water at 6 am and 6 pm before food along with a pinch of Avipathy choornam in it If your bowel/stool is hard then you can increase Avipathy choornam dosage to 1 teaspoon else continue with the aforesaid dosage. Consume 1 shaddharanam tablet before lunch with warm water Use balaguluchyadi thailam for head massage 20 minutes prior to bathing.

avoid spicy food and milk and milk produts take cow ghee 5 ml at empty stomch at morning do nasya with bramhi ghurth or cow ghee 2 drop each nostril 2 times day tab menovit 2-0-2 after foods

Night sweats in menopause are mainly due to pitta aggravation and hormonal changes, and Shatavari alone may not be sufficient in some cases. Keep the body cool internally. Avoid spicy, sour, caffeine, and alcohol. Prefer light, cooling foods. Maintain a calm bedtime routine and proper sleep. At home, you can take coriander seed water (soak overnight, drink in morning) and apply a little coconut oil on scalp and soles before sleep. Praval pishti – 125 mg twice daily with honey or water Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tablet twice daily after food Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food These help in reducing heat, controlling hot flashes, and improving overall comfort. Avoid oily spicy and processed foods. Regular exercise and meditation. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab.Shatavari 2-0-2 Tab.Menosan 2-0-2 Follow up after 4weeks.
