your symptoms (recurrent acne on forehead, nose, chin with dark spots) are mainly due to Pitta–Kapha imbalance. Pitta increase → inflammation, painful red pimples, burning, pigmentation Kapha increase → oily skin, clogged pores, whiteheads/recurring acne ----Acne occurs due to “Rakta & Pitta dushti with Kapha blockage in srotas (skin channels)”, often worsened by: Spicy, oily, junk food Stress & irregular sleep Excess heat in body Improper digestion (Agnimandya) –Internal Medicines (Aimil) 1) Aimil Purodil Tablet – 1 tab BD after food 2) Aimil Purodil Syrup – 2 tsp BD after food 3) tab trifla 1 tab at night – External Application 4) Aimil Purodil Gel – apply thin layer on affected area BD — Pathya (Diet Advice) Avoid: spicy, oily, fermented food, junk food Increase: amla, coconut water, green vegetables Drink plenty of water — Lifestyle Early sleep (before 11 pm) Avoid stress, sweating, face touching Maintain facial hygiene — for 1 month then review

●Method for making the paste Ingredients: Yashtimadhu powder - 1/2 teaspoon; Pure almond oil - 3-4 drops; Raw milk - as needed. Mix all three ingredients to form a smooth, semi-liquid paste. This consistency helps it spread evenly on the skin.•How to Use - Cleanse face with plain water. Apply a thin layer of the paste. Let it dry for 15-20 minutes. Wash gently. 2-3 times a week is sufficient. Excessive use can tire the skin.•Almond Oil Milk Scientific Basis Licorice: Glabridin and Liquiritin regulate melanin production, reduce tyrosinase activity, and soothe inflammation. Vitamin E, Oleic Linoleic Acid, strengthens the skin barrier and prevents moisture loss. Increases absorption of active ingredients. Natural Lactic Acid (AHA) gently removes dead skin cells, smooths texture, and promotes brightness without irritation. ●Drink 1 | Amla Honey Water Ingredients • Amla powder - 1 teaspoon • Pure honey - 1 teaspoon • Lukewarm water - 1 glass •Method of consumption Mix amla in lukewarm water. When the water cools slightly, add honey and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.•How this formula works • Amla purifies the blood, reducing bile • Madhu Mang purifies the micro-channels. When the blood is clean, the skin automatically becomes clear.Drink 1 When is it suitable? Suitable when: • Pigmentation • Frequent breakouts • Skin looks oily and dull Drink 1 When is it suitable? Suitable when: • Pigmentation • Frequent breakouts • Skin looks oily and dull ●Drink 2 | Licorice-Manjistha Purification Decoction Now the second formula which directly affects blood, bile, and inflammation. Ingredients • Licorice powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Manjistha powder - 1/2 teaspoon • Turmeric - 1 teaspoon • Cinnamon - a small piece (or a pinch of powder) • Water - 1 glassCorrect Method of Preparation 1. Mix all ingredients with water. 2. Bring to a boil over low heat. 3. When 1 glass remains, strain. 4. When it cools slightly, add a teaspoon of pure honey. Hello, Dealing with recurrent acne and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on combination skin requires a balance between controlling excess oil and maintaining the skin barrier. In Ayurveda, this condition is typically a Pitta-Kapha imbalance. Pitta manifests as red, painful, inflamed pimples (Rakta Dushti). Kapha manifests as clogged pores and whiteheads. Hyperpigmentation (Vyanga) is seen as an accumulation of “burnt” Pitta in the skin layers. Prescription : 1. Internal Purification (Rakta Prasadaka) Maha Manjishtadi Kwath: 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water, twice daily before food. (Purifies blood and treats pigmentation). Khadirarishtam: 20 ml with equal water, twice daily after food. (Specific for chronic acne and skin clearing). 2. Acute Inflammation (Painful Pimples) Guggulutiktaka Ghritam: 1 tsp with warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. (Excellent for deep-seated, painful “big” pimples). 3. External Care (Lepa) Nalpamaradi Keram: Apply on dark spots/pigmented areas 30 minutes before bathing. (Note: Avoid applying on active, pus-filled pimples; use only on spots). Mix Sandalwood powder with a pinch of Turmeric and water; apply only on the painful pimples to cool the inflammation. Cleansing: Use a Salicylic Acid based cleanser once a day (evening) to degrease the forehead and nose (T-zone) without stripping the cheeks. For active pimples: Benzoyl Peroxide (2.5%) as a spot treatment. Azelaic Acid (10-15%). It is unique because it treats both active acne and hyperpigmentation simultaneously. You must use a Gel-based SPF 50 sunscreen. Hyperpigmentation will not fade if the skin is exposed to UV rays.

Managing painful pimples and hyperpigmentation on combination skin requires a dual approach: purifying the blood from within and balancing oil production on the surface. Since you have painful, “big” pimples (likely indicating high Pitta and Kapha), your treatment should focus on cooling and detoxifying. “Take the prescribed medications consistently medications consistently for 7-8 weeks and you will see results , ayurveda takes time because it works on root cause, so that your problem never come up again . “ Dos:- Cleanse Twice: Wash your face after coming from outdoors to remove pollutants. Hydrate: Drink at least 2–3 liters of water to flush toxins. Fresh Diet: Include cooling foods like cucumber, pomegranate, and leafy greens. Sleep: Ensure 7–8 hours of rest to allow skin cell regeneration. Donts:- Avoid Spicy/Fried Food: These aggravate Pitta, leading to painful, red acne. Don’t Pop Pimples: This leads to deep scarring and permanent hyperpigmentation. Limit Dairy & Sugar: High intake of milk and refined sugar can trigger Kapha (clogged pores). Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Skip alcohol-based toners that strip your skin’s natural oils.

For your condition (recurrent painful acne + hyperpigmentation on combination skin), Ayurveda sees this as Pitta + Kapha imbalance with Rakta dushti (impure blood). Rx 1. Internal (Shodhan + Balance) Neem + Manjistha tablets (blood purifier) – twice daily after meals Triphala churna – 1 tsp at night with warm water (cleans gut, reduces recurrence) Tab Amypure - 2 tab twice a day after meal Drink warm water + avoid constipation 2. External (Skin care) Morning & evening: Wash face with neem-based mild face wash Apply paste of Multani mitti + rose water + pinch of turmeric (2–3 times/week) Spot treatment: Apply pure aloe vera gel or neem paste on pimples For dark spots: Apply kumkumadi tailam at night (very little, gentle massage) 3. Diet (Very Important) Avoid: oily, spicy, fried, junk, excess sugar, dairy (especially at night) Include: neem leaves (if possible), green vegetables, fruits, coconut water Drink 2–3 liters water daily 4. Lifestyle Sleep on time Avoid touching/picking pimples Manage stress (pranayama like Anulom Vilom)

You have active acne + post-acne pigmentation, mainly due to pitta + hormonal + oil imbalance. Focus on controlling acne first, then pigmentation. Simple daily routine: Morning: Gentle face wash (2 times daily only) Apply light, non-oily moisturizer Use sunscreen (very important for pigmentation) Night: Face wash Apply aloe vera gel (thin layer) Weekly care: Multani mitti + rose water pack (2 times/week) Avoid scrubbing (it worsens pimples) Diet rules: Avoid excess oily, fried, sugary foods Reduce dairy if acne increases Drink enough water Include fruits like papaya, pomegranate At home: Neem water face rinse (occasionally) Do not touch or squeeze pimples Ayurvedic medicines: Gandhak Rasayan – 1 tablet twice daily after food Mahamanjishtadi kwath – 15 ml + equal water, twice daily after food Avipattikar tablet – 1 tablet at night (for pitta control) Duration: Minimum 6–8 weeks for visible improvement Pigmentation may take 2–3 months Important: If you control new acne → dark spots will gradually fade Consistency is key, avoid changing products frequently Take care and feel free to contact me anytime for any of your health needs.
