हाँ, आप यह सब एक साथ ले सकते हैं। नारियल तेल - 80 ग्राम, नीम तेल - 5 ग्राम, बकुची तेल - 5 ग्राम, भीम कपूर - 8 ग्राम, करंजा तेल - 5 ग्राम, हरीतकी पाउडर - 2 ग्राम, मंजिष्ठा पाउडर - 2 ग्राम, हल्दी पाउडर - 1 ग्राम। गरम करें: सभी तेलों को धीमी आंच पर (50-55°C) उबालें। हरीतकी, मंजिष्ठा और हल्दी डालकर 20-25 मिनट तक पकाएं। छानकर ठंडा करें और अंत में भीम कपूर मिलाएं। एक गहरे रंग की कांच की बोतल में भरें। उपयोग: सोने से पहले प्रभावित जगह पर धीरे से लगाएं। खदिरारिष्ट रक्त को शुद्ध करता है, पित्त और कफ को संतुलित करता है और शरीर से विषाक्त पदार्थों को निकालता है। आयुर्वेद में इसे फोड़े, खुजली, एक्जिमा और पुरानी एलर्जी के लिए उत्कृष्ट माना जाता है। भोजन के बाद 5 से 10 मिलीलीटर खदिरारिष्ट को बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ लें।
