I am a practicing Ayurvedic consultant with 4+ yrs into running my own clinic—honestly, that place’s kinda like my second home now. I work one-on-one with patients, listening closely (sometimes over chai, not kidding) and figuring out *why* their health is off track, not just *what* hurts. Every treatment I suggest is based on classical Ayurvedic texts, but I tweak it to match their prakriti, lifestyle chaos, even their food likes (yes, diet plays a role every single time). No cookie-cutter stuff. Right now, I’m also working as an OBGY registrar at CritiCare Multispeciality Hospital—and trust me, that blend of Ayurveda and hardcore hospital duty? super eye-opening. I get to apply my Ayurvedic skills while staying sharp on clinical protocols, emergency handling, all that. Especially in women’s health—things like PCOD, painful periods, infertility workups, and prenatal routines—I kinda see both sides of the picture. One rooted in herbs and doshas, the other in scans and labs. It helps me balance both, like when modern meds help fast but the root cause? That’s where Ayurveda steps in. I’m big on preventive care too, but that’s not everyone’s cup of tea, right? Most folks come when it gets bad. That’s okay—I still aim to guide them with honest opinions, ethical meds, and no false hope talk. I also believe half of healing comes from being heard. I mean, many times patients just want someone to *get* what they're saying, without brushing it off. That’s where I try to slow down, ask better questions, and work *with* them, not just *on* them. Whether it’s stress messing with periods, or someone tired of trying every cream for hormonal acne, I try to dig deep. Herbs, counseling, detox, diet—all in. And yeah, sometimes it's messy, doesn't work instantly, and needs plan B... but we keep going. That trust, that space where they feel okay to ask anything—that's what I keep aiming for. Healing's not always a straight line.

I am Dr. Nidhi Kamble and for me, Ayurveda isn't just a system of medicine—it’s how I see health, life, people, even conversations. What really drives me is seeing someone regain their natural rhythm—whether it's sleep getting better, joint pain easing off, digestion finally settling or just that spark coming back in the eyes. That’s the real win. My work revolves around authentic Ayurvedic practice, especially in managing both chronic and acute disorders. I don’t just match symptoms to a classical name—I go deeper into prakriti, samprapti, history, lifestyle patterns, and honestly... even stress & emotional cycles, which people don’t always talk about but it shows up in the body. I use medicinal formulations, therapies and often Panchakarma—but not as a one-size approach. Each plan is shaped around that person’s current state. Over the years I’ve treated a wide range of conditions—some short-term, some where patients came in after trying *everything else*. Skin issues, hormonal disorders, back pain, gut problems, fatigue that won't leave—every case teaches me something. Panchakarma plays a big role in my clinical practice, especially for detoxification, stubborn imbalances or when the system needs a reset. But I pair that with very practical lifestyle shifts. Because what’s the point if someone feels good for a week and slips back right after? Education is a big part of my consultations too. I don’t like giving a prescription and ending there. I explain things in a way that patients actually *get*. When someone understands why ghee is good or why skipping meals worsens their issue, they start making better choices on their own. That’s where healing becomes sustainable. I try to keep my approach compassionate and real—not just “ideal Ayurvedic path,” but something that actually fits their life. Because healing isn't just about rules—it's about rhythm. And I’m here to help people find theirs again, naturally.

I am working as an Ayurvedic doctor since 2 yrs now, and honestly the more I work with patients, the more I realise how vast Ayurveda actually is—like it’s not just herbs n oils, it’s a whole mindset shift too. What I try to do daily is bring the traditional knowledge into actual usable treatment plans that ppl today can follow without feeling overwhelmed. Because yeah, modern life is fast, messy, complicated—and Ayurveda has to adapt, not stay frozen in texts. My focus is always to go beyond the symptom, like okay you’ve got acidity or hairfall or anxiety... but why? where is it sitting in the body? That’s where I do prakriti-vikriti analysis, diet breakdowns, gut evaluations—some ppl don’t even know their sleep patterns are messing up their hormones till we sit and talk it out. I don’t just push medicine. I explain why your food matters, why your bowel timings affect your skin, or how skipping breakfast can worsen PCOD. I keep it simple but sharp. Patients feel heard I think, coz I don’t rush. Even for lifestyle disorders like diabties, thyroid, IBS or stress burnouts—I try combining classical herbs with practical daily changes that they can actually do. And yeah, I constantly update myself—reading, workshops, CME’s, sometimes even just asking senior docs. Ayurveda is ancient, sure—but if you don’t bring it into present day logic, what’s the point right? Every person I treat kinda teaches me something new. No case is “small”, whether it's hairfall or constipation or sleep trouble... each one needs its own lens. I believe in being honest, open, and okay to say “I don’t know yet” till I study more. That’s how I grow, that’s how I care.

I am working as a gynecologist and infertility specialist, which means most of my days revolve around helping women with their reproductive health and guiding couples who are struggling to conceive. Sometimes it’s about solving straight forward issues like irregular cycles or hormonal imbalance, other times it’s long complex cases where the cause of infertility is not so easy to find… and that’s where patience and detailed evaluation really matters. I focus a lot on understanding each patient’s history—medical, emotional, lifestyle—because fertility is not just a set of lab reports. In my work I deal with a wide range of gynecological problems… menstrual disorders, PCOS, endometriosis, recurrent miscarriages, and even high-risk pregnancy care. For infertility cases, I use a combination of targeted diagnostic tests, evidence-based medical treatments, and if needed, advanced assisted reproductive techniques like ovulation induction or IUI. My goal is always to choose the safest and most effective path for each patient, not just the fastest. I also spend time educating patients about how diet, stress, and daily routine can affect reproductive health. Many times, small lifestyle changes work together with medical treatment to improve the chances of success. And honestly, the best part of my job is when a patient who had almost given up hope sends me a message saying they are expecting—it makes all the late hours worth it. There are challenges too… infertility can be emotionally exhausting for patients and it’s important for me to be both a doctor and a source of support. I try to keep communication open, honest, and practical, even if the news is not always what they wanted to hear. My aim is to guide them through every stage, with the same level of care I would give to my own family.

I am a BAMS grad and mostly my focus is around skin, hair, nutrition & long-standing pain issues that just don’t go away easy. I didn’t really plan it like this in the beginning... but over time, the more I saw how interconnected these problems were, the more it made sense to work on all of them together using Ayurvedic tools. I don’t treat symptoms in isolation—I try to go for root causes, whether it’s gut-related, hormonal, lifestyle-induced or just chronic build-up in the system. Skin disorders like acne, pigmentation, eczema etc. are not just “topical issues” for me. Same goes for hairfall or greying—I work a lot on digestion, stress, sleep cycles, wrong diet triggers etc. alongside using classical herbs and sometimes local applications if really needed. I do use Panchakarma but not by default—it depends on the patient’s condition & strength. If their agni is weak, detoxing right away can backfire... you need to build them up first. On the pain side, I deal with chronic stuff—like arthritis, spine stiffness, neuralgic pain, sometimes post-viral fatigue type body aches. I’ve seen decent response with a mix of Rasayana, mild Snehana-Swedana & correcting sleep or screen routines in some of these cases. It’s not just about popping guggulu-based meds and waiting. You gotta tweak protocols each time—no fixed template works. I also work a lot on nutrition but not in the textbook calorie way. It’s more about what suits their prakriti, what timings work for their bowel & appetite rhythm. Sometimes just fixing dinner timing or how they combine food clears half the complaints. My overall approach’s quite personal, like no two ppl get the same advice from me. Some need deep work, some just need clarity. Ayurveda’s slow but if you stick, it works. I just try to guide that path a little better.

I am a Panchakarma specialist, been at it for over 15 years now. Honestly—what started out as curiosity early in my practice just kinda grew into a full-on commitment to Ayurvedic healing, especially detox and rejuvenation. I run two Ayurveda wellness centers here in Bangalore, both sorta evolved into calm healing spaces where patients come in not just for treatment, but to kinda reset... body and mind both. I try to keep things rooted in classical Ayurveda. No shortcuts. I still believe proper Panchakarma should be tailored carefully—it’s not just about oil massages or steam or anything surface-level. Every person’s prakriti, condition, habits... all of it shapes the therapy plan. And ya, I work a lot with chronic cases, stress-induced stuff, fatigue, gut issues, hormonal imbalances… sometimes just general burnout. Not everything has a name, you know? I use traditional therapies and herbal meds, but I also guide people on basic things like what to eat, when to rest, what triggers to avoid... those lifestyle tweaks really matter, even if ppl don’t wanna hear that part first. And ya, over time, I’ve seen patients really turn their health around. Not always fast, not always smooth, but real changes. That’s the part I don’t take for granted. My approach isn't rigid. Like, I’ll listen. I ask a lot. Sometimes too much? But that’s how I get the whole picture. And my staff is trained to do the same—we don’t rush. My centers aren’t huge or fancy but we keep the vibe clean, calm, and focused on healing... everyone who walks in gets time, gets heard. Ayurveda isn't just about treating symptoms—it’s about helping ppl understand how to live in balance, or atleast try. Not perfect, but possible. And that’s what I’m still learning myself every day.

I am a certified practitioner workin' in acupressure therapy, naturopathy, yoga, and diet consultation for the past 2 yrs—though sometimes it feels longer just because of how deeply into it I got. My whole approach is kinda simple honestly... let the body do what it's made to do: heal. I don’t push treatments that silence symptoms, I try to listen what they’re tryin to say instead. If someone comes to me with constant tiredness or ache in the joints or bloating that won't quit, I usually try and dig into what’s behind that—not just what’s on the surface. Like I focus on root-cause first. Through acupressure, I work on meridian points to unblock stuck energy and boost circulation. Naturopathy-wise, I use a mix of detox methods, sometimes hydrotherpy or local herbal pastes or packs. Nothing harsh, nothing scary. Yoga helps a lot too — not just the bending kind, but breathing n' stillness too. We mix that in with personalized food guidance (not generic charts lol), real stuff that suits their body type, season, lifestyle. And yeah it's always personal, there's no one-size here. People mostly come for digestion probs, stress overload, weird period cycles, obesity, stiff knees, sleep problems etc. Some things need more than one session ofc, but I see shifts—sometimes in small ways first like better sleep, less irritibility, lighter body... and then slowly bigger change starts showing up. I kinda believe healing is a team thing—me and the client both got to show up for it. And my job? not just to do therapy, but to make sure they know what they can do too. I give lil lifestyle tweaks, teach ‘em quick yoga hacks, food reminders, stuff they can carry back home. In the end, my main goal is helping people feel more in tune with their own body again. Not chasing some perfect health thing... just feeling steady, strong, and less lost inside their own skin. That’s when healing really starts—when it feels like you’re home in your own body.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with, yeah, just over 20 yrs of clinical hands-on work, and most of that time I’ve been pretty focused on staying true to classical Ayurvedic principles—not trends or shortcuts. Right now I’m posted as a Medical Officer under the Cochin Devaswom Board. It's been quite a journey honestly, treating people from all walks—different age, backgrounds, chronic diseases, etc... and each case still teaches me something new. Mostly I deal with lifestyle disorders, musculoskeletal issues, metabolic stuff like diabetes or thyroid imbalance, and yeah, general health too—things that don’t always get fixed with symptom-based approach. I like to go deeper. Every patient comes in with their own prakriti, history, way of living. You *can’t* copy-paste protocols here. That's why I always look at root causes—not just “pain in knee,” but why, where it started, what’s fueling it. Usually I go for a mix of classic Ayurvedic medicines, proper Panchakarma detox when needed, and simple lifestyle re-alignments. Not everyone needs ghee-based meds or deep virechana right away. Sometimes, just cleaning up dinacharya and fixing sleep gives more impact than any kashaya. I like to keep the treatment realistic—something the patient can actually *do*, stick to. If it feels too complex or abstract, they drop it. I’ve learnt that after many years on the field. And educating them is part of it too—like once they *get* why we’re doing something, it sticks better. This long stretch in clinic has really sharpened how I build treatment plans. I’m not into overloading with meds... prefer a more result-focused design, based on how they’re responding. For me, healing's not just cure—it’s about helping them stay well too, without being medicine-dependent all the time. That’s what Ayurveda teaches best.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with about 2 yrs of hands-on work in OPD setups, mostly dealing with patients who come in with skin issues that just don’t go away easily. My main focus is chronic skin disorders – stuff like eczema, psoriasis, acne that keeps flaring up, urticaria, fungal infections, pigmentation… each one has its own story and pattern. I don’t just look at the rash or spot, I try to dig into the doshic imbalance behind it and how the body’s digestion, immunity, even stress might be making it worse. For me, skin is like a mirror, it shows what’s going wrong inside. Most cases I handle with a mix of internal medicines, detox procedures like Virechana or Raktamokshana, herbal pastes or lepas, and very specific diet and lifestyle tweaks – not those generic ones but truly according to the person’s prakriti and what their body is going through right now. I’ve seen that when we do this right, results are deeper, they last longer, and patients feel better overall, not just in the skin part. In OPD work you meet all kinds of cases – mild to really stubborn – and over time you start noticing how chronic diseases slowly shift when given the right treatment and follow-ups. I always make sure my patients know what’s affecting them, whether it’s a certain food, seasonal factor or stress pattern. That awareness makes them more involved and honestly it makes treatment smoother. I think my practice is less about quick fixes and more about walking with the patient through their recovery. I keep blending classical Ayurvedic guidelines with approaches that people can actually stick to. End of the day, it’s about building trust, keeping consistent care, and letting Ayurveda work in a natural, gentle, but steady way until health feels balanced again.

I am Dr Purva Balkrishna Amin, an Ayurved Consultant who’s mostly into treating chronic and lifestyle-linked stuff, like metabolic issues, gynac conditions, joint probs (the kind that just hang around forever), and yeah—skin too. I use a mix of palliative methods and deep internal cleansing…what we call biopurificatory therapy in Ayurveda, which honestly makes such a huge diff when you do it right. Some cases need just balance, others demand a full reset—and that’s where I come in. I mostly rely on ayurvedic meds, no shortcuts. But that’s never enough on its own. I do prescribe diet, very customized ones actually—'cause two people with same problem may still need very different food habits. Same with movement. If I feel like the patient’s routine or prakriti needs a tweak, I also suggest an exercise plan. It’s not gym talk, I mean stuff that suits their doshas and energy. And I ask them to stick with it not out of pressure but bcoz consistency is kinda everything if you want real healing and not just temp relief. I do believe discipline matters. Like not the harsh kinda discipline, but the slow, quiet kind where ppl just stay true to their healing plan. That’s when body starts to change, symptoms slow down, and confidence builds. Also I try to keep the vibe human...not every condition is curable maybe, but every person is treatable, that’s the line I keep in mind. Every case teaches me something new too...and I don’t mind admitting I still pause before complicated diagnoses sometimes, not bcoz of doubt but because Ayurveda has layers, and it makes you think deeper if you're doing it honestly. I aim to bring that level of care to whoever walks in.
