I am working in Ayurveda with this mix of hands-on patient care and academic teaching that really keeps my mind active. Earlier I was a consultant at Savitri Devi Maternity Hospital for about a year, mostly handling women’s health, post delivery care, newborn wellness. That was a time when I learned so much about how classical ayurvedic methods actually blend into modern maternity care… sometimes it’s not as simple as the books says, you need to adjust for the real world. The maternity ward gave me a lot of insight into postnatal recovery, lactation issues, child immunity building – all from an Ayurvedic angle but keeping safety first.
Right now I am an Assistant Professor at BHDJI Ayurvedic College, Badal, teaching since almost 1.5 yrs. In class I try to go beyond the syllabus, sharing real patient cases, encouraging them to question and research instead of just memorizing. I like the idea of shaping the next lot of vaidyas who can balance tradition with evidence, not blindly follow either. This also keeps me updated – students sometimes bring in fresh perspectives or new studies that I may not have seen yet.
Clinically my work still focuses a lot on chronic skin conditions, digestive troubles, hair fall, and child immunity enhancement, especially with Suvarnaprashan Sanskar. I believe in personalizing the treatment, checking the prakruti, lifestyle, even small habits before suggesting anything. And yes, sometimes results take longer but that’s how sustainable healing works, without harming the body with harsh chemicals or unnecessary drugs.
My aim is pretty simple – treat in a way that fits the patient’s life and constitution, using Ayurveda’s depth but without ignoring the changes in today’s health needs. It’s a balance, not always perfect, but one I keep learning to handle better every day.

I am someone who’ve always felt drawn toward the deeper layers of healing, not just symptom-fixing kinda stuff. I worked for about a year at Panchamrut Ayurveda and Fertility Center in Udaipur, and that time honestly taught me a lottt. Like, not just in terms of patient load or practice, but more like how complex human body and mind is, especially when you’re dealing with fertility cases... which is not just physical, right? It's emotional, it's hormonal, it's stressful, sometimes heartbreaking too.
During my time there, I got to assist in the treatment of couples facing infertility—both male and female factor issues. That was the first time I really understood how layered these conditions can be. PCOS, endometriosis, low sperm motility, recurrent miscarraige, stress-related hormonal disruptions... I saw all of that, up close. And working in an Ayurvedic setup gave me tools that were both powerful and gentle. Panchakarma was a big part of our protocols, but it wasn’t just detox for the sake of it, we’d really assess koshtha, agni, dosha sthiti, lifestyle triggers—basically trying to get to the root. Not easy, but very fulfilling.
I was also involved in patient counseling there, which I didn’t realise earlier how imp it is. Like, people don't just need a prescription—they need someone to listen. Honestly sometimes even just explaining what’s happening inside their body makes them feel 10x better. And I learned to do that—how to explain Ayurveda without too much jargon, keep it real but still rooted in classical science.
Apart from fertility, I also assisted in cases with hormonal imbalances, painful periods, irregular cycles and post-natal recovery support. A lot of times, those who came for fertility treatment actually left feeling better in other areas too—digestion, skin, mental clarity, energy... bcoz that’s what Ayurveda does, right? It balances, not just targets.
Anyway, that one year at Panchamrut honestly gave me a foundation I still stand on. It shaped how I see patient care—not just as a doctor doing a job, but as a human helping another human heal. That part really stuck with me.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor with more than 7 yrs in clinical practice, and honestly—each case still teaches me something new. I mostly focus on patient-first kinda care, where I don’t just treat the symptom n move on, but try to really get what’s happening underneath. Tools like Nidana Panchaka, Prakriti assessment, sometimes even just careful listening—it all adds up. I don’t rush diagnosis... coz every body talks differently, right?
In these years I’ve seen a mix of conditions—chronic gut issues, fatigue that doesn’t go away, back pain, period problems, thyroid swings, anxiety that's hard to explain, even some complex metabolic things. I use classical herbs (many from the Samhitas) but pair it with diet shifts, daily habits, detox if needed—Panchakarma when its right. There’s always a role for Pathya-Apathya and the timing, season, mental state... all those subtle things.
My work isn’t about one-size-for-all. I always try to tailor everything—down to what time the patient eats or wakes up—based on their Prakriti, season, and current imbalance. Some don’t realize how much Dinacharya can change their healing until they actually try. I talk a lot about that. I feel patient education is half the treatment itself... once they know why we’re doing a certain herb or routine, they stick better.
What I’ve realised—healing’s slow sometimes. There’s no shortcut when you’re rebuilding from inside out. And it needs trust—both ways. You listen to the patient, and they begin to listen to their own body. That part's beautiful when it happens.
Even now I keep updating myself... but I don’t chase trends. I stick to what aligns with Ayurveda's roots and matches today's lifestyle demands. Somewhere between ancient texts and today’s clinic chaos, I try to hold space where people can feel seen, not just cured.

I am currently working as a Resident Surgeon at Dhanwantri Medical College, and honestly, this role has pushed me to explore medicine from two lenses at once—surgical science and Ayurvedic wisdom. That mix is what keeps me grounded. My work mainly revolves around cosmetic surgery therapy, general medicine, and traditional Ayurvedic treatments. The goal? Not just to fix a problem or cut something out—but to actually *restore* balance, both inside and outside.
In cosmetic and reconstructive work, precision really matters. Every cut, every detail—it affects someone’s confidence, their self-image, their healing. But then I also lean into the Ayurvedic side, which brings a whole other layer. Healing is not just tissue—it’s how the doshas are behaving, how digestion is running, how the mind is handling all of it. That’s why I blend post-surgical protocols with herbal support, diet correction, and sometimes Rasayana chikitsa when needed. It’s not always expected, but it works.
Over time I’ve dealt with a wide mix of cases—general medical issues, post-op complications, skin corrections, keloids, even patients looking for safe cosmetic enhancement with natural support. Each case teaches me something new about the body’s capacity to recover—especially when we treat it like a whole system, not just a part.
What drives me is offering patients something that feels complete. Like yes, you got the surgery you needed—but also your system is supported, your inflammation’s managed naturally, your energy’s better. I’m very focused on ethics too—cosmetic doesn’t mean unnecessary. It’s about *need* and *intention*.
I try to stay updated on both sides—modern surgical advancements, and deep classical Ayurved texts. When those two meet, the result is not just clinical—it’s transformative. And that’s the kind of care I want to keep delivering. Honest, whole, and actually *human*.

I am an Ayurvedic physcian with over 12 years of just day-in, day-out clinical work—mostly skin and gut stuff, tho every now and then you see something unexpected n layered. What I really try to do is stick to the roots—by that I mean actual classical Ayurveda. Not shortcuts or surface-level fixes. Like if someone comes in with eczema, psoriasis, acne or even hyperacidity or IBS—I don’t just hand over a churnam n hope for the best. I go deep into their prakriti, how their doshas showing up, diet history, stress patterns, even sleep mess-ups—because it all matters.
My treatments lean on personalized combos of herbal meds, panchakarma if required, plus tailored food plans (ya, I get real specific there), and behavior shifts. Not everyone likes the idea of lifestyle correction but honestly.. if we’re aiming long term relief it’s non-negotiable. I don’t overload with meds—actually I try to reduce dependency and focus more on restoring the body’s own rhythm, its inner Agni.
What kinda keeps me going is when someone walks in feeling frustrated or stuck, and over time they start sleeping better, digestion settles, their skin clears—not magically, but steadily. It’s that process of balance coming back that I find most powerful. And I’m not shy about educating my patients. I want them to get what their body is telling them, not just blindly take pills or churnas without context.
My work’s very grounded in classical texts, but I also keep an eye on current research—specially around safe detox methods, dietary science, and efficacy of certain herbs in chronic cases. Basically, I want the care to be real, reliable and custom-fit. Not cookie-cutter or trendy.
And yeah, chronic illness can be exhausting—but I believe Ayurveda, when used rightly, has this quiet but super potent way of turning things around. Not overnight, but surely and deeply.

I am an Ayurvedic physician with nearly three years of clinical experience, deeply committed to delivering holistic and individualized care. My area of expertise lies in Panchakarma, the classical Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation therapy, which I have been practicing with a focus on precision, authenticity, and patient-specific customization.
As an expert Panchakarma physician, I have treated a wide range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions including musculoskeletal disorders, digestive imbalances, stress-related issues, hormonal disturbances, and skin conditions. I specialize in administering and planning therapies such as Basti (medicated enema), Virechana (purgation), Nasya (nasal therapy), Abhyanga (therapeutic massage), and Shirodhara—each selected based on a thorough Ayurvedic assessment of the patient's constitution (prakriti) and disease condition (vikriti).
My approach to patient care goes beyond symptomatic treatment. I emphasize identifying the root cause of illness and work with patients to correct imbalances through herbal medications, therapeutic procedures, dietary planning, and lifestyle modifications. I strongly believe in personalized healing and take the time to understand each patient's health history, environment, and emotional well-being before planning a course of treatment.
Over these years, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of Panchakarma and how it can reset the body’s natural healing mechanisms when applied thoughtfully. My goal is to help patients regain balance, vitality, and long-term wellness through the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. Whether someone is looking for disease management or preventive care, I am dedicated to offering compassionate, authentic, and effective Ayurvedic treatment.

I am an Ayurvedic doc who’s kinda obsessed with the gut—yeah, digestion is where I start almost every treatment. When ppl walk in with acidity, IBS, constipation, or just general bloating they can’t figure out, I don’t just ask what's wrong today... I go into how their agni’s behaving, what's happening with the doshas, what they’re eating, when, how much—and how they feel after eating too (which they often ignore tbh). Most don’t realize their whole system's off-balance till it flares up again and again.
I use classical Ayurvedic concepts like Prakriti-Vikriti analysis, along with pulse, tongue, and stool assessments to figure out where the core issue’s coming from. It’s rarely just one thing. For some it’s wrong food at the wrong time, for others—stress blocking digestion, or bad sleeping habits that mess up elimination the next day. I work with all that.
My plans usually combine Panchakarma detox if needed (mainly Virechana, Basti, sometimes mild Vamana), customized herbal medicines, and food suggestions—simple, doable ones—not giant charts that feel impossible. I also talk about Ritucharya and Dinacharya stuff. And sometimes even small things like drinking warm water at the right time makes a difference, but ppl don’t believe it till they try.
I also bring in bits of yoga and mental support… coz you can’t separate gut and mind, not in Ayurveda. Anxiety, insomnia, foggy thinking—all of that is part of digestive health too. I focus a lot on education, I want my patients to actually understand what's going on in their bodies and not depend on pills forever. There’s something powerful when ppl realize they can heal themselves if they just tune in again—sometimes that’s the real shift.
What I try to do is not complicated, but it does take patience. And yeah, not everyone follows every step perfectly but even 60% effort shifts things. That’s usually enough to get the gut back to talking nicely to the rest of the body.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor who like to look at things a bit differently.. I don’t just try to “fix” a problem, I dig into why it started in the first place. My work is mostly around chronic and acute health issues, and I keep my treatments pretty patient-specific, coz no two people have the exact same dosha imbalance. The old classical Ayurvedic texts guide me a lot, but I also keep the modern clinical angle in mind – feels like both have to go hand in hand or you miss something.
Pain management is one of the main parts of what I do – arthritis, spondylosis, frozen shoulder, sciatica – all that nagging musculoskeletal and nerve pain. I use internal herbal formulations, external therapies like Abhyanga and Swedana, and deeper Panchakarma detox when needed, then Rasayana therapy for tissue repair & strength building. In digestion and gut problems, whether it’s chronic acidity, GERD, bloating, constipation or IBS – my approach is more about balancing Agni and calming gut inflammation, plus a diet that’s actually doable for the patient.
Kidney stones too – I go with herbs like Pashanabheda, Gokshura, Varuna, along with hydration and food tweaks to help dissolve or expel the stone and keep them from coming back. For Type 2 Diabetes, I work on correcting Kapha-Meda dushti, improving insulin response, and using herbs like Gudmar, Daruharidra, Shilajit, plus daily routines that support stable sugar levels.
There’s also my work with fungal skin infections, piles, non-healing ulcers, seasonal or chronic respiratory allergies. I like mixing immune-boosting herbs, detox therapies, and small lifestyle shifts that make it easier to stick with long term. At the end of it all, I just want to help the body restore itself, and not just mask symptoms. Every patient’s plan is different, but the goal’s same – get them to a place of lasting, sustainable health, guided by Ayurveda’s wisdom but shaped to fit their life right now.

I am Dr. Pranshu Gupta and honestly—most days, I don’t think of myself as just “Ayurvedic physician,” more like someone trying to help people untangle what their bodies are actually trying to say. I did my BAMS from Patanjali Bhartiya Ayurvigyan Evam Anusandhan Sansthan in Haridwar, and yeah that place really shaped the way I think about health—not just symptoms, but systems. Later I took up PGTP in Garbhasanskar from NIA, Jaipur because I felt antenatal care needed way more than the usual checklist-style attention.
Right now I’m working at both Patanjali Ayurved Chikitsalaya and the Sub-District Hospital in Roorkee. The mix of those two setups kinda keeps me balanced—one lets me follow long-term wellness plans, the other forces quick decisions for acute stuff, which sharpens your eye honestly. I deal with everything from minor seasonal complaints to complicated chronic disorders, and while I do use Panchakarma when it fits, I’m just as invested in helping people avoid ending up there in the first place.
My patients tell me they feel heard, which I didn’t expect to matter so much at first. But it really does. People carry their pain differently once they realize you’re actually listening. And I’m big on explaining things—not dumbing them down, just making it make sense. Like, what exactly is “ama” or how “agni” affects your skin or your moods? That stuff needs clarity not mysticism.
What I’ve learned over the years is, most cases aren’t just about herbs or therapies. It’s the micro habits, the stress load, the food, the timing. I always try to blend classical Ayurvedic principles with updated evidence from modern health research. Ayurveda’s adaptable like that—if we let it be.
I also spend a lot of time with preventive strategies. Not everyone’s in a crisis—some just don’t want to end up in one. And that’s valid. Whether it’s a couple dealing with fertility worries, or a diabetic patient who's tired of juggling sugar spikes—I work with them to build back longterm stability, not just patch symptoms for the week.
I don’t think healing is linear. Sometimes we go forward, sometimes sideways... but as long as people feel safer and more in control of their own health—then I know I’m doing something that actually matters.

My core area of expertise lies in the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, chronic pain conditions, stress-related mental health issues, and general body imbalances using authentic Ayurvedic medicines and Panchakarma therapies.
