I am still early in my journey as an Ayurveda doctor, just completed my one year of rotatory internship and now practicing since about 3 months. Honestly it feels both exciting and heavy sometimes, because you want to do your best but also realize how much more there is to learn. During internship I got exposure to different departments, inpatient and OPD, hands-on with case history taking, basic Panchakarma observation, and seeing how diagnosis by dosh imbalance actually plays out in real life and not just in books. Right now along with my clinical practice, I also work as an Ayurveda consultant (remote) with Caremeez. That role is interesting in its own way — you don’t have the direct physical presence with patient, but still you guide them through symptoms, food patterns, stress issues, minor illnesses, and help them adapt Ayurvedic lifestyle solutions. Sometimes the limitation of not being able to touch pulse or do physical exam makes it tricky, but you also learn how much can be understood just by listening carefully and asking the right questions. In practice I try to keep things simple, clear and practical. No unnecessary complication for the patient. Even if it’s diet advice, I avoid long lists and instead focus on what they can actually follow. For medicines too, I stick to what is relevant, safe and time tested. I know I’m at the beginning stage, still shaping my way of treatment, sometimes correcting myself, sometimes second guessing. But I see value in that too — it makes me cautious, makes me double check before prescribing. My goal is to slowly build a practice that is balanced, where Ayurveda is not just seen as herbal medicine but as a full approach involving diet, daily routine, stress balance, detox when needed. Even in these 3 months of practice, I already see small changes in patients when they follow consistently. That’s what keeps me moving, even on days when I feel unsure or stuck.

I am practicing Ayurveda since about 2 years now\.. feels short when you say it, but in these years the exposure has been intense. I started out just focusing on basic case taking, understanding prakriti, simple digestive issues etc, but slowly I began seeing more complex cases too. Some patients come with chronic skin flare, some with long standing joint stiffness, some just tired and confused after trying many other treatments. Each case teaches you something new, not only about the disorder but also about patience. In these 2 years I leaned more into combining classical Ayurvedic diagnosis like naadi pariksha with careful history taking. Sometimes symptoms don’t add up cleanly, but the pulse or tongue shows another story.. and you realize how layered each imbalance is. Treatment for me is usually a mix of herbal formulations, dietary corrections, and lifestyle tweaks. Panchakarma also I recommend but only where I feel it’s truly necessary. Doing it randomly can actually make things worse, and I learnt that early. I also pay attention to how people can actually follow what I suggest. It’s easy to write long list of restrictions, but if patient won’t stick to it, nothing changes. So I break it down, one step at a time. And sometimes I do worry — like am I going too slow, should I push harder. But Ayurveda isn’t about rushing, it’s about gradual correction. Working closely with patients, seeing small improvements — like less pain, better sleep, digestion becoming lighter — those moments remind me why I chose this path. These 2 years gave me foundation, mistakes too, but also the confidence that Ayurveda still has strong place in today’s world if practiced with honesty.

I am gaining my practical understanding of Ayurveda through real patient exposure, first during internship at Arogyam Ayurveda Clinic in Vadodara and now at Khemdas Ayurved Hospital. These months gave me chance to not just watch but also assist in treating a wide range of disorders — gout with severe swelling, hypertension cases where lifestyle played big role, diabetes management that needed constant monitoring, and digestive issues like acidity, constipation or IBS that kept returning for many patients. I also worked alongside seniors handling respiratory complaints such as asthma, chronic cough, breathlessness. Joint pain and lower back pain cases are extremely common, some acute, some lasting years, and I learned how Ayurveda approaches them with both medicines and therapies. Thyroid disorders were another big area, where we had to look beyond just lab values and actually study prakriti, agni, sleep cycles, emotional stress, diet patterns. This exposure helped me practice Ayurvedic diagnosis — naadi pariksha, detailed patient history, observation of tongue, skin, voice — not just as a ritual but as tools to understand the imbalance behind disease. Treatment principles became clearer too: choosing herbs, deciding when Panchakarma fits, or when simple pathya-apathya can do more than medicines. I also realized that holistic care is not only about giving medicine but also building trust. Some patients came with doubts, some impatient for results. My role was to listen, to explain, sometimes to repeat same advice until they felt ready to follow. These moments made me see Ayurveda not just as science but also as a conversation between doctor and patient. Two clinics, two different setups, both gave me solid ground to build confidence in real practice. Every case still feels like a lesson, and every improvement in patient health reminds me why I chose this path.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor with around 14 years of practice, mostly working with chronic health conditions, men’s health concerns and Ayurvedic diet planning. Over this time I saw again and again how much balance of doshas matters, and how diet, herbs, daily routine, even practices like panchakarma can shift the whole picture for a patient. I focus not only on symptoms but on the underlying imbalance, because otherwise things just keep coming back. In chronic disorders like diabetes and arthritis, my work is to regulate blood sugar, reduce ongoing inflammation, and keep blood pressure stable through diet corrections and safe herbal supplements. For example, sometimes just shifting meal timing, removing wrong combinations, and adding proper herbs makes blood sugar control steadier than any strong medicine. Arthritis patients respond well when inflammation is managed not only with herbs but also with basti therapy, oil massage and lifestyle changes that reduce stress on the joints. Men’s health is another area I keep giving attention to — issues around stamina, hormonal imbalance, fertility, or chronic fatigue that men usually ignore until it gets worse. I design targeted therapies, sometimes simple but effective, to restore balance. Many patients hesitate to even talk about these problems, but Ayurveda gives a clear framework to address them safely and naturally. For me consultation means listening carefully, checking naadi, prakriti, agni, and then choosing what will work for that individual. I don’t believe in one-size treatment. A patient with diabetes and joint pain needs a different plan from someone with the same diagnosis but different lifestyle. That’s where diet planning and personalized care matters most. Across these 14 years, I learnt patience is as important as medicine. Healing is slow, sometimes patients get restless, sometimes I too doubt if enough is being done. But when they return saying pain is less, sugar is steadier, sleep is better — that’s when I know this path is right.

I am skilled in Panchkarma therapies and I see them not just as detox but as a way to reset body & mind for long term recovery. Over the years I learned to adapt these treatments carefully — choosing when they actually fit the patient’s condition rather than just following fixed patterns. Detoxification is a powerful tool, but only if done according to the strength of the person, the season, and the exact imbalance. That’s something I pay attention to each time. Prakriti assessment is another part of my practice. I like to go deep into pulse, digestion, habits, even small signs that tell me about a patient’s constitution. When I understand that correctly, treatment usually becomes smoother and results more consistent. Arthritis patients are one group I often deal with — stiffness, swelling, limited movement, pain that just doesn’t go away. For them, Panchkarma, herbs, and diet correction together give better relief than any one thing alone. Besides Ayurved, I also trained in suturing and suture removal, which gave me confidence in handling minor procedures safely. During my internship and practice, I assisted in several normal vaginal deliveries. That exposure showed me how delicate, yet powerful natural processes are, and how important it is for a doctor to remain calm and precise in those moments. One achievement I value is the rapport I developed with patients. Sometimes listening is as important as prescribing. Many come with doubts or half trust, but when they feel heard, they follow the advice more seriously. That connection itself becomes part of the healing process. My focus is always on personalized care — whether it’s Panchkarma, diet planning, or even a small herbal intervention. I try to see the patient as a whole, not just a set of symptoms. And even if results are slow, I find that with steady effort, the improvement is deeper and lasts longer.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor from Andhra Pradesh, and my journey with Ayurveda started when I joined Dr. NRS Government Ayurvedic Medical College in Vijayawada, where I completed my BAMS degree in 2023. Those years gave me strong foundation in classical texts, diagnosis methods, Panchakarma and the practical side of patient care. Right now I’m working as an Ayurvedic consultant at RJR Herbal Hospital, where I get daily exposure to different types of patients and conditions. During my practice I observed how many health problems today are lifestyle driven — stress, poor diet, irregular routines — and Ayurveda provides a way to correct these by bringing body and mind back into balance. I treat patients with chronic conditions, digestive disorders, joint pain, skin diseases, and also help those looking for preventive and wellness care. For me, treatment is not only giving medicine but also guiding diet, sleep, daily habits and seasonal changes. Even a small correction sometimes makes a big impact. At RJR hospital I also interact with seniors and colleagues, which keeps me learning every single day. Each patient teaches something new — sometimes the pulse doesn’t match the symptoms, sometimes they don’t follow the diet and expect fast results, and I need to explain again with patience. That part of communication became as important as prescribing medicine. What motivates me is seeing patients return with lighter symptoms, better energy, or simply saying they feel more balanced. Ayurveda is not quick-fix but when it works, the changes are deeper and long lasting. My aim is to keep practicing honestly, to refine my skills in diagnosis and therapies, and to make Ayurveda accessible in a way that fits modern life without losing its original essence.

I am someone who see Ayurveda as a real bridge between the wisdom of ancient science and the demands of modern life. For me, consultation is not only about prescribing remedies, but creating a healing journey that feels personal and doable. I like to sit with patients, listen fully, understand their routine, diet, stress factors, and then offer solutions that match their lifestyle rather than forcing rules that don’t fit. When people come to me they don’t just get herbs or therapies, they get a wellness partner. I try to walk with them step by step, whether the issue is digestion, skin, joint pain, sleep problems, or just a general feeling of imbalance. Ayurveda teaches that health is about balance of doshas, agni, mind and body rhythm. That’s exactly how I approach treatment. Sometimes the process is slow, and patients feel restless. Sometimes I myself wonder if more should be added. But again I see the value of patience — because lasting healing can’t be rushed. I often combine herbal formulations with diet guidance, seasonal routines, stress management practices like yoga or pranayama, and Panchakarma when indicated. The goal is not temporary relief, but stability that stays. Over time I realized what matters most is the trust patients feel. They open up about their struggles when they know I’m not judging, just guiding. That trust becomes part of the medicine. Ayurveda works best when it is a partnership between doctor and patient, both putting effort. And in that way I try to be more than a doctor — a steady support in their journey towards balance and well-being.

I am a doctor who completed CCH and CGO from Wadia hospital, and that training gave me exposure not just in theory but also in handling patients with very diverse needs. Over time I have treated many cases of chronic skin conditions, gut related disorders and also anorectal issues like piles, fissure and similar complaints. Each case felt different, no two patients respond the same way, and I learnt how to adapt treatment according to prakriti, diet habits, stress levels. Skin problems always catch attention first — psoriasis, eczema, acne that stays for years — but I understood that they often start from inside, from digestion or blood impurities. Gut issues like acidity, constipation, IBS are also common in my practice, and here small corrections in food timing or herbs can change a lot. Anorectal cases, especially piles and fissure, are painful both physically and mentally for patients, so I try to bring a treatment plan that is safe, non-invasive when possible, and focused on long term relief not just temporary fixes. Working with such variety of disorders also taught me patience. Some patients want fast results, but Ayurveda needs time to clean the root cause. I explain them carefully, sometimes repeating many times, that slow healing is stronger healing. Building that trust is important. My approach is always to combine herbal formulations, diet advice, and lifestyle correction with procedures when required, to ensure balance is restored and maintained. For me, Ayurveda is not a set of ready remedies but a flexible science that adapts to each person. Whether it’s skin, gut or anorectal problems, my focus stays on listening, understanding and guiding patients with clarity, honesty and steady support.

I am working as a Medical Officer at KIPS Panchkarma Thulasi, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, where I have been serving for almost 1 year and 6 months now. This center is part of a reputed Ayurvedic hospital from Kerala, and that connect gives me chance to work with authentic Kerala medicines and practice Panchakarma therapies in their true classical way. Day to day I see patients with chronic and acute disorders, and the focus is always to bring balance in doshas, restore strength and give relief without harsh side effects. I have in-depth knowledge of Kottakkal Ayurveda medicines, and this allows me to choose formulations that are both safe and effective. Sometimes I combine Panchakarma like Virechana or Basti with specific diet correction and lifestyle plan, sometimes a simple herbal preparation is enough. Each case is different, and I like to understand prakriti, the root of imbalance, rather than just symptoms. Being in this role also taught me that patient trust matters more than anything, because people often come after trying many other treatments. When they see small improvements—better sleep, less pain, lighter digestion—they feel motivated and continue the healing process. At times progress is slow, but Ayurveda works in depth, and I feel it’s important to guide with patience. Working here gave me not only clinical exposure but also confidence that classical Ayurveda still has very strong relevance in modern times. I want to keep learning, keep refining, and help more patients find health in natural way. Mistakes happen, some days are harder, but that’s part of practice too.

I am passionate about Ayurveda in a way that sometimes hard to even put in words, for me it’s not just medicine it’s a life path. I practice with a strong foundation in traditional ayurvedic texts, yet I try not to remain stuck only in the past, I keep learning new approaches and how to align them with modern needs, even tech updates that make patient care more effective. In my daily practice I focus on holistic healthcare, meaning I don’t just look at the symptom a person brings but at the whole pattern, the dosha imbalance, diet habits, stress triggers, lifestyle gaps. This approach has helped me work with wide range of cases, from skin and digestive problems to chronic pain and women’s health issues. Sometimes patients come expecting a quick cure but I explain that Ayurveda is about deep rooted healing, it might take time but it works on the base cause not just cover it. I make herbal formulations, plan dietary routines, recommend panchakarma or simple daily rituals depending on the condition and also the person’s prakriti. I believe trust is very important, that’s why I try to really listen before suggesting anything. My goal is to be a partner in someone’s wellness journey, not just a doctor writing prescriptions. There are days it feels tough when recovery is slow or patient get restless, but seeing gradual positive change makes it worth the effort. What keeps me going is the blend of ancient knowledge with modern practice, where an age old remedy can be delivered with more precision today. Ayurveda is vast and I feel I am still learning, but every patient I treat gives me new experience, new insight. That constant growth is what makes this work meaningful and keeps my dedication alive.
