I am an Ayurvedic doctor with a deep interest in musculoskeletal, digestive, and gynecological disorders — and honestly, what drew me to this field was not just the herbs or panchakarma but the way Ayurveda sees people. Like not just "symptom–prescription", but prakriti, lifestyle, emotional pattern, diet habits… all of it matters. I work with a lot of cases like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, IBS, and infertility – and yeah, these aren’t simple or short-term. Each one shows up with layers. For arthritis, I look into inflammation, gut health, sleep, old injuries, ama buildup. For IBS, it's more than just food triggers — it’s anxiety, vata imbalances, irregular routines. In infertility cases, I always go beyond reports – tracking menstrual patterns, digestion, sleep quality, emotional stress, even past trauma if it's relevant. Some ppl come in scared, confused, exhausted. And I just try to hold space first... before doing anything else. I usually work with a mix of Panchakarma (only when needed, not for everyone), classical Ayurvedic medicines, diet tweaks, and small lifestyle shifts. Nothing fancy – just consistent things that actually work if done right. Sometimes it's simple changes like warm water routines, reducing viruddha ahara (wrong food combis), or daily abhyanga that make big shifts. My goal’s always been: don’t just treat, actually teach them how their body works. Once that understanding comes, half the fear goes away. I do my best to explain in plain words, not textbook terms. And of course, I still read, keep learning, sometimes get stuck too — but this process still excites me. Helping someone move from pain to clarity — whether it's joint stiffness, bloating, or irregular cycles — that feels meaningful. That’s the path I walk, slow but steady.

I am a BAMS doctor, graduated in 2009. Also hold a Diploma in Pharmacy, which kinda helped me balance the line between classical Ayurveda and practical pharmaceutical care. It’s been more than 14 years in practice now… and over time, I’ve grown more into two core areas — General Practice and Pediatrics. In my general opd, I mostly handle everything from fever, digestion issues, headaches, blood pressure, early diabetes… you name it. But it's not just about prescribing meds. I try to talk through the full picture — daily habits, sleep cycle, mental stress, dosha pattern, food timing. I mix classical Ayurvedic principles with evidence-based pharma knowledge when it makes sense for the patient. Like not one-size-fits-all, but what really fits them. In pediatric care, I work closely with parents and kids, especially in growth-related problems, weak immunity, allergies, appetite loss, and those recurring cold-cough cycles. Monitoring weight, checking milestones, offering nutritional tips – that’s a big part of my day. I also help guide on immunization schedules and explain in simple terms what each stage of childhood really needs. Over the years, I’ve seen how prevention matters way more than we usually think. Whether it’s adults or children, when we intervene early – even with small things like food choices or seasonal routines – we avoid bigger complications later. That part always drives me. I prefer to keep things simple, slow sometimes, but steady. I use Panchakarma when really needed but don’t over-recommend. I do a lot of counseling along with meds – coz I feel if ppl understand what’s happening in their body, half their stress kinda drops away. Still learning everyday. Still listening. Still curious. That’s how I practice.

I am a pediatrician working in Ayurveda since the last 8+ yrs. I did my masters in Kaumarbhritya (Ayurvedic pediatrics & neonatology) from MUHS Nasik, and honestly, that whole phase of study made me look at child health in a very diff way. I mean, kids are not just smaller adults... their agni, doshas, immunity (ojas) – all work diff and change super fast. And if we catch imbalances early, we can prevent sooo much future disease. That’s what keeps me drawn to this field again n again. I’ve been treating conditions like recurrent cough, digestive issues, low weight, delayed milestones, worm infestations, even stuff like hyperactive behaviour n sleep trouble. Some kids get better quickly, others need time n small course corrections. I like to work close with parents — answer all the “why’s” they bring, explain every step if I can. Sometimes they ask the same q’s multiple times, but I get it... they’re worried. I would be too. My core focus stays around strengthening immunity, gut health, and supporting proper development — both physical n mental. I use classical herbs, lehan, swarna prashan, and yes... lot of diet tweaking, too. I don’t believe in rushing or blindly copying textbook plans. Each child reacts diff. Ayurveda teaches you that if you listen well. I also work in rural setups sometimes, and tbh, the satisfaction there is just... something else. Fewer resources, more trust, more responsibility. Keeps me grounded. This work’s not flashy, but it’s real. And if the baby smiles, eats, sleeps, and the parents start sleeping again too... I know we’re on the right path.

I am in the field of ayurveda practice from last 2 yrs, and in this short period I realised how much difference even small right guidance can make in patients life. Many ppl come with simple issues like acidity, skin rash, joint stiffness, but when you listen closely it often connect with lifestyle stress or food patterns. My work is not just about giving medicines, its about explaining why the problem start and how we can avoid it repeating again. Sometimes that part is harder than writing a prescription, but also more rewarding. I focus on holistic care where diet, sleep, routine habits and ayurvedic principles blend together. I also use knowledge of pharmacology in a practical way to make sure the treatments are safe, dosage is correct, and patient feel confident abt what they are taking. This approach makes compliance better, especially for chronic issues where ppl tend to give up easily. I hv seen children responding well to simple lifestyle advice along with herbal formulations, and adults finding energy again after long fatigue when the treatment is planned with proper balance. 2 yrs might sound short to some, but each case teaches something unique. Every patient story pushes me to stay updated, to revisit classical texts, and to apply them in context of modern challenges like diabetes, fatty liver or anxiety driven complaints. I try to keep my practice open n friendly, letting patients talk freely without rushing. At times I also feel doubt whether I am doing enough, but the steady improvement in their well-being assures me I am on right path. Right now I want to grow deeper in musculoskeletal disorders and preventive pediatrics, since those areas keep coming again and again in daily practice. My aim is not just to treat disease but to build awareness, so people see health as something they maintain everyday, not only when crisis hit. That simple shift in thinking can make medicine more effective, and I am learning how to guide better in that direction day by day.

I am a BAMS doctor with MD in Herbal Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy, and my main focus is ayurvedic management of chronic n lifestyle related conditions. Over the years I got more interested in treating thyroid issues, like hypothyroidism, because I saw so many patients struggling with tiredness, weight gain, mood shift, and regular medicine not always gave full relief. Ayurveda offer herbs and correction in daily routine that often support thyroid balance in natural way. My work also cover musculoskeletal problems, specially osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and high uric acid. These are conditions where pain n stiffness make daily activity tough, sometimes even simple walk feels heavy. I try to give integrative plan, using herbs, external therapies, diet and exercises. Some patients take time but steady improvement in mobility feels rewarding. In male health I deal with sexual disorder cases, where ppl hesitate to talk openly but it is important to treat without shame. Same goes for female gynecology problems like PCOS, painful cycles, menopause related complaints. I use safe ayurveda protocol, focusing on hormonal balance, detox, diet counselling and mind support. Mental disorder is another area I work, ranging from anxiety, sleep trouble, mood swings to mild depression. Not all cases need strong medication, sometimes lifestyle n herbal interventions bring gradual calm. I believe in listening carefully because half healing comes when patient feels heard. Pharmacognosy background help me to select right herbs, understand their action and safety. Pharmacology knowledge guide me in dose and duration, making sure treatment is effective and safe. I don’t just prescribe, I explain why this herb or this therapy is needed, so patients feel part of the process. My approach is simple – treat root cause, improve body balance, and give patient tools to take care of their health long term. And yes, not every case is easy, sometimes results are slow or uneven, but that is part of real practice, learning and adjusting along the way.

I am working closely with patients who struggle with chronic stress, anxiety-related somatic problems and psychosomatic symptom that often show up in very real physical ways. For me it’s always striking how the mind n body are so tangled, how stomach pain, headaches, sleep disturbance or even skin flares can all connect back to long-standing stress. I see it almost daily. My focus is on ayurvedic based management that helps balance the system, but I also rely on careful listening and gradual counseling because no two person bring the same story. Over the yrs I worked with people who came in for unexplained body ache or fatigue, sometimes they had already done multiple test but results show nothing clear. In such cases the root cause was often anxiety or mental overload, but that didn’t make their suffering less real. I create treatment plans with herbs, simple diet modfications, breathing routines, and lifestyle shifts. I don’t push quick fixes, I prefer steady improvements, even small one’s, that build confidence and reduce symptoms step by step. In many cases, I saw measurable improvement not only in physical complaints but in emotional well-being too—patients reported better sleep, lower heart palpitations, or reduced episodes of panic. And that’s when I feel the work makes sense. My speciality also extend into managing psychosomatic disorders where stress amplifies health issues like IBS, hypertension or chronic joint stiffness. It require patience, because healing is not straight line, but when patient feel lighter, calmer, or free from that constant weight, that feels like the real success. I believe in integration: traditional ayurveda principle with practical modern insight, always focusing on patient safety. I try to maintain a trustful relation, explaining clearly why a treatment is given, how it might help, and what changes to expect. Each story is different, and maybe that’s why I never get tired of this work.

I am an Ayurvedic doctor who finished my degree along with internship in Feb 2006. Right after that I started working as a RMO in Mumbai, which gave me good exposure to handle diffrent types of patients and emergencies on daily basis. By 2010 I decided to start my own practice, focusing on Ayurveda as the main line of care. Since that time I worked with many patients struggling with long standing conditions, lifestyle issues, or just looking for a better way of maintaining health without overdependence on harsh medicines. Over the years I realized Ayurveda isn’t only about prescribing herbs, it is about understanding the whole person, their habits, stress, sleep, diet and even environment. That thought slowly lead me to build something more holistic. In Pune, I developed a Panchkarma and Naturopathy wellness setup, right on the backwaters of Khadakwasla Dam, with the Sahyadri Hills in the backdrop. It’s a place where nature itself supports the healing process—calm water, fresh air, greenery all around. Patients who come there often tell me they feel relief just by stepping into that environment, even before therapy start. At the center we provide complete Panchkarma and Naturopathy therapies. These include detoxification treatments, stress management programs, diet and lifestyle counselling, and natural approaches for chronic issues like joint pain, gastric troubles, skin diseases or hormonal imbalance. I try to keep the care personalized, no single formula for everyone. For me the biggest achievement is watching patients improve not only in lab reports but also in how they sleep, walk, smile, eat… those small signs that tell health is coming back. I don’t claim quick magic results, but I do belive strongly that Ayurveda, when practiced with sincerity and combined with supportive environment, can create deep healing that last longer. And this is what I continue to do everyday in Pune, keeping patient wellbeing at the heart of my work.

I am a B.A.M.S doctor who always try to look at health in a holistic way, not just symptoms or medicines. For me Ayurveda is not only treatment but also a way of living, and when I meet patients I want them to feel that I am not just prescribing tablets but actually walking with them in their journey. Sometimes it takes time to explain what Ayurveda really mean in daily life, but I prefer that slow conversation over quick fixes. I work as an Ayurvedic physician and keep honesty in my practice as a kind of foundation, maybe even stubborn about it. I tell patients directly what Ayurveda can do for them, what may take longer, and where patience is required. Many times they come expecting immediate results, and I do feel the pressure, but still I stand by the principle of gradual healing, because body and mind both need alignment not just external medicines. My approach is rooted in classical Ayurvedic texts but I also look at modern lifestyle challenges like irregular sleep, junk food habits, or stress-related problems. When I design treatment plans, it’s never only about medicine — it’s diet, small lifestyle correction, and sometimes simple routine change like waking up early or breathing practice. Even a small shift make a big differnce if followed properly. I focus on preventive care as much as curative care. Patients with chronic issues like digestive disturbances, skin disorders, or metabolic conditions need consistent guidance. I don’t promise miracles, instead I build trust by working step by step. That honesty itself turns into strength of my practice, people appreciate when a doctor is straightforward about what to expect. Sometimes, I do feel challenged when patients are half-convinced, trying Ayurveda while also holding on to chemical meds or doubting results. It is not easy, but I take time to clear their doubts. For me, transparency and compassion are equal to treatment itself. In short, I see myself not only as a physician but a guide helping patients choose balance in their lives. My aim is not just to manage disease but to improve overall well being, and I remind myself daily to keep my work truthful to Ayurveda and to the people who trust me.

I am working as an Ayurvedic doctor and over time I started shaping my practice around areas where I felt patients needed most help. Gynecological disorders are one part where I spend lot of my focus—things like PCOD, infertility, irregular cycles.. these conditions don’t just affect body but also disturb mind and daily living, and I try to bring balance with Ayurveda. I rely on both classical references and practical observation, always keeping treatments personal and not just fixed recipes. I also work with Marma therapy, which is a very special area of Ayurveda for me. Many patients come without clear diagnosis but with pain, weakness or blocked energy. In those cases marma chikitsa often helps more than medicine alone. It demands patience, right touch and understanding of the body’s inner points, and I like giving that time. Dermatology is another area where I try to help, whether it is skin allergies, acne or long standing eczema. Tri holo gy (sometimes people miswrite it as trichology but my work is more around ayurvedic skin-hair care) is also part of my interest—hair fall, dandruff, scalp conditions that frustrate people for years, they can often be managed well with herbal and lifestyle corrections. I also do Agnikarma, which some patients fear at first because of the word “agni” but once explained they understand it’s a safe and effective method when used properly. Especially for joint pain, warts or chronic muscular issues it can give quick relief. For me, specialization is not about one title but about combining different tools Ayurveda offers—herbal remedies, therapies, diet, counseling—into something that fits each patient. Sometimes results come faster, sometimes slower, but honesty to the pathy and trust with the patient is what I count more than numbers.
