I am a graduated BAMS doctor and my journey in ayurveda practice has taken me through different setups, each shaping the way I see health care. I worked as a medical AYUSH officer in a PHC government hospital in Karnataka for 2 years, where I got hands-on with patients from rural background, dealing with day-to-day health issues that needed quick thinking as well as compassion. That time taught me that theory alone can’t guide you, you need patience and presence. Later I assisted as a practitioner in Credo Wellness Centre, where focus was more on lifestyle, wellness and integrative approach. Working there showed me how ayurveda can fit into modern wellness models, how people come not only with illness but with confusion about food, sleep, stress and want clear answers. I tried to balance the traditional treatments with practical guidance, and sometimes it worked perfectly, other times it was learning for me also. I went on to found my own clinic, Sanjeevini Ayurveda Chikithsalaya, where for 3 years I treated patients independently, managed therapies and also ran panchakarma treatments. Running a clinic was challenging, from managing patients to small things like schedules, but it gave me confidence and identity as a physician. Each case—whether it was chronic digestive issue, women’s health disorder, or skin problems—was a step towards understanding the depth of ayurveda. Currently I am working with Kudos Ayurveda in Bangalore, continuing to bring ayurvedic care to people in a city setup. Here I see a lot of lifestyle disorders, stress related complaints, diabetes, obesity, and chronic joint issues, and I try to create treatment plans that are both rooted in ayurvedic principles and adaptable for today’s busy life. My path so far is not about big titles but about steady practice, building trust with patients and keeping honesty towards the pathy I follow. Mistkes and corrections come, but each one add something valuable to the work.

I am working as a Consultant Physician for 5 years now and during this time I learnt that every patient bring a different challange, no two cases are ever really same. Running my own clinic gave me the chance to see the whole process close-up, from first consult till follow up, sometimes even years later when people come back just to say they feel better. That part matter a lot to me more than anything. My role as a physician is not just about writing prescription or suggesting treatments, it is about understanding lifestyle, stress patterns, diet habits and the underlying cause behind the symptoms. Many times patients come with long list of complaints.. but when I sit and listen carefully, I find the link between their physical and emotional health. That is where proper care start. Working independently in my clinic also taught me management skills, like how to keep patient flow smooth, when to refer a case to higher care and when simple treatment with monitoring is enough. Some days were very hard, like handling multiple critical cases at once or explaining to families when results dont come fast, but these are also the days that shaped me most as a doctor. Over these years I have handled cases across general medicine, with special focus on chronic illness and preventive care. I try to balance traditional approaches with practical treatment methods that patients can really follow. The clinic became more than just a workplace, it turned into a space where I build trust and long term relation with people. I may not get everything perfect every time, but I remain honest to my work and to the path I choosed.

I am an ayurvedic doctor with experience of working in more than 10 ayurveda hospitals, and during this journey I treated 100+ patients facing very different kinds of health problems. For me the learning is not just about medicine but how diet, lifestyle, and the mindset of a patient come together to create real healing. I always try to explain this in simple words – medicine without proper diet is half work done, but when both go hand in hand it feel like wonders happening in front of you. I focus on creating treatment plans that are not only about prescribing herbs or tablets, but also guiding patients about what food to eat, what to avoid, how daily routine affect digestion, sleep and even mental health. Sometimes I see people expecting instant change, and I remind them that ayurveda is about process, patience, and trusting your own body to respond. With time they see the result, less pain, better energy, improved balance, and that gives me satisfaction too. Working across many hospitals gave me chance to observe senior vaidyas and different treatment methods, from panchakarma to simple dietary modifications. Each place added something new to my practice, and now in my own way I blend that knowledge when handling cases like chronic digestive issues, skin conditions, lifestyle disorders, or stress related complaints. I don’t promise miracle cures, I promise steady care. I believe in keeping things clear and practical because patients deserve to know why they are taking a medicine or following a diet plan. For me, honesty is part of treatment. Trust the process and eventually u feel the change in your own body. That is the real strength of ayurveda.

I am someone who always try to listen first before suggesting anything. Many times patients just want to be heard and half of healing starts there only. I believe in looking at the root cause of illness rather than covering up symptoms. My aim is to give patients lasting relief in less time, without making them depend heavly on medicines if not really needed. Over the years I also became more like a counsellor for people dealing with stress, depression or mental strain, helping them find practical ways to cope and build a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes even small routine changes bring big shifts. In my work I focus lot on diet, because food is medicine if planned right. I prepare personalized diet charts, even designing new recipes that suit patient’s taste so they don’t feel like treatment is punishment. I want them to enjoy their own favorite cuisine but still gain therapeutic benefits from nutrition. Exercise also play a strong role, but I keep it simple and fun. I create easy to follow workout routines which are engaging and motivational, not those boring repetitve sets that people drop after a week. To make it more accessible, I also conduct one-to-one online workout sessions, where patients can exercise from their home but still get same feeling as working with a personal trainer. Many told me it feels like gym expereince at home, and that boost their confidence. The goal for me is always balance—mind, body and daily life working together. Ayurveda guide me in this, but I also keep practical view, knowing that each patient is unique and needs flexible approach. At the end, I measure my success not in numbers but in how patients feel better, lighter and more hopeful after working with me.

I am an Ayurveda doctor, with BAMS and MD in Kayachikitsa. Honestly the journey into Ayurveda wasn’t something I planned from day one, but once I got into clinical practice, I kinda knew this is where I fit best. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve been consulting patients across different conditions, mostly focused on joint disorders like osteoarthritis n rheumatoid issues, plus a lot of neurological stuff—paralysis, migraine, even degenerative stuff that needs more long-term handling. There’s also been a steady stream of cases with respiratory allergies—sneezing fits, wheezing, even chronic bronchitis, especially during weather change. It gets tricky with urban lifestyles, people barely have time to breathe properly and digestion also goes for a toss. That’s another space I work a lot in—IBS, constipation, acidity, sluggish metabolism, it’s more common than ppl admit. And yes, skin issues too—eczema, acne, dry patches... many of these link back to gut & stress. What I’ve learned in these years is, textbook protocol doesn’t always fit real-life cases. Like you need to listen more, ask things that even patient didn’t think matter. Ayurveda gives space for that—understanding Prakriti, Agni, Ahar patterns, daily rhythms—all that stuff isn't just theory, it really helps in deciding how to approach treatment. I don’t rush into panchakarma or shodhana unless it’s necessary, sometimes a simple herbal blend with ahara-vihara correction works better than aggressive detox. But yes, in chronic cases, therapies like basti or nasya makes a huge shift if done right. And I like staying honest with patients... I’ll say if it needs patience or if progress might be slow. Because healing doesn’t always come in 3 days. It’s layered. But if ppl trust the process, results do show. That’s kinda what keeps me going.

I am someone who’s always been drawn to the deeper side of healing—not just treating the disease but seeing the whole person behind it. That’s what led me into Ayurvedic medicine, and over the years, I’ve stayed rooted in its classical principles while also adapting modern clinical insights where they make sense. It’s not about choosing one or the other. Honestly, it’s more about finding a balance that actually helps real people. Sometimes it’s messy, sometimes surprising. But it works. I’ve been actively working in patient care and diagnosis for a while now—long enough to have seen all sorts of conditions, both chronic and short-term, mild and a bit scary. Each case teaches something new. I manage everything from gut issues to hormonal imbalances, joint problems, respiratory stuff... and yeah, those lifestyle disorders that sneak up on folks like blood pressure, diabetes and all that. Most people come in with one thing, but it’s usually connected to a bunch of other stuff they didn’t even realize. That’s where holistic care really matters. Preventive healthcare is also a big part of what I do—probably more than some expect. It’s not just about herbs or medicine, but guiding people through sleep routines, food habits, emotional patterns too (though that part’s tricky). Sometimes people expect quick fixes, but I’ve found that explaining things in simple words, giving them tools to take charge of their own health, that’s where real change happens. I do that through health counseling, natural therapies, detox protocols... and plain honest talk. There’s no single “correct” formula I use, but I try to stay grounded in Ayurvedic principles—prakriti, agni, dosha balance—and blend them with a clinical perspective when needed. I’m still learning, by the way. Medicine isn’t a finish line. Every patient kinda resets the clock. And yes, sometimes I doubt if I’m doing enough, but then someone comes back after months and says something changed for them. That’s when it clicks. If you’re looking for someone who’ll throw a textbook at you, I’m not that. But if you want someone who listens, asks too many questions maybe, and looks at your health like it actually means something—then maybe we’d work well together.

I am running Swasthayu Ayurved Clinic since 18 years now—yeah, that long, tho honestly doesn’t always feel like it. Started this journey with just one goal in mind: to give people a space where Ayurved actually *works* in real life, not just on paper. Over time, that turned into a full-fledged clinic with Panchkarma therapies, long-term patient care, and a lot of learning along the way (some of it the hard way, not gonna lie). My main focus is classical Ayurved & Panchkarma—like, not diluted or half-done versions, but deep, rooted stuff based on actual *shastra*. I’ve treated people for all sorts of chronic and lifestyle issues—joint pain, hormonal problems, skin troubles, digestive mess, stress burnout kind of things... things that don’t just get fixed with pills. Most cases I see are layered. And I mean emotionally, physically, even socially tangled. That's why Panchkarma works well—it’s not just detox or relaxation therapy like ppl think, it’s system reset. But you need to *understand* prakruti, agni, doshas first. Otherwise it doesn’t hold. Clinic’s not a fancy place with screens everywhere, but we make time for real conversations. I do all consultations myself. Some come just to ask doubts, others come after trying 4–5 other places already. Both are welcome. And if someone’s expecting a quick fix, I usually tell them upfront—it’ll take time. Natural healing’s not a shortcut. But ya, once they start feeling even small shifts, they stick. Being the director all these years means dealing with admin too (which I honestly don’t love, but hey it comes with it). Still, patient care always stays at the center. That part never gets boring. Not every day’s perfect. Some treatments don’t go as planned, sometimes people drop off in between, or I doubt myself if the line of treatment was right. But then, seeing long-term patients bounce back after months—that’s something I can’t really explain. It makes the whole thing feel worth it, y'know? Swasthayu’s been my life’s work in a way. Ayurved and Panchkarma aren't just things I practice—they're how I understand health itself.

I am a Ayurvedic doctor with 5 years of clinical practice, yeah including internship too — feels like forever and just yesterday at the same time lol. During this time, I’ve been seeing patients with a wide range of issues, from digestive troubles, skin problems, joint pains to stress-related stuff that doesn’t always have a straight answer in modern meds. Honestly, what’s kept me grounded is how Ayurveda looks at the *whole* person. Like not just the disease, but your lifestyle, your food habits, even how you think n sleep. I’m still learning everyday — and sometimes I feel like I’m just scratching the surface — but this approach really helps me connect with patients on a real level, not just symptom-wise. I work mostly with classical Ayurvedic formulations and Panchakarma therapies (those detox/cleansing routines... super powerful when done right, tho not for everyone tbh). I’m also used to managing chronic issues where people come in after trying 3 or 4 other treatments and still no relief. Sometimes it takes time — patience really is key in Ayurveda — but I’ve seen amazing shifts when the right treatment hits. There’s also that internship year, which was packed with hospital duty, case studies, actual diagnosis work — not just shadowing. You kinda get thrown in and have to figure it out. I learned to rely on nadi pariksha, prakriti analysis, and all the pulse-tongue-eyes diagnostics that still kinda amaze me when they line up with clinical results. One thing I try to do, is really listen. Like properly. Sometimes ppl just need to be heard and half the tension leaves right there. Treatment works better after that too. Not sure if that’s a skill or just human stuff — maybe both? Anyway, I’m here to help people heal using Ayurveda the way it was meant to — honest, personalized and rooted in nature. It's not always easy, but yeah it’s worth it.

I am deeply devoted to guiding people toward balance and wellbeing through the wisdom of Ayurveda, a system that has refined health for over 5,000 years. I don’t just look at symptoms, I try to understand the root imbalances in body, mind, and spirit—and then we work together step by step to restore harmony. Sometimes it feels like modern life pulls us in too many directions, but nature actually already hold the answers if we learn to listen carefully. My practice includes personalized Ayurvedic health plans, designed around your unique dosha, lifestyle, and goals. Each person is different—what nourishes one body can disturb another—so I never use one-size-fits all solutions. For deeper cleansing, I offer Panchakarma detox programs to eliminate accumulated toxins, renew digestion, and reset both body and mind. This process is intense but very rewarding, I always adjust it based on what your body can really handle. I also work a lot with stress, anxiety, and sleep issues—sometimes herbs, sometimes meditation or breath work, sometimes just small changes in routine that make a huge diference. Digestive problems are another focus area, since Ayurveda sees digestion as the foundation of health. With the right foods, spices, and daily habits, energy returns and the whole system works smoother. People often come for skin and hair care, where natural remedies bring lasting radiance without harsh chemicals. I also design programs for immune strengthening using herbs, meals, and daily practices, helping prevent illness before it begins. For those struggling with weight management, I emphasize metabolism, mindful eating, and sustainable routines, not strict diets. Chronic pain and inflammation are addressed with herbal oils, massage therapies, and targeted protocols, always keeping safety first. Alongside treatments, I guide patients in holistic lifestyle coaching—covering yoga, mindfulness, and daily rhythms that support long-term wellness. Ayurveda is not a quick fix, it’s a journey toward self-knowledge and healing. If you feel tired, stuck, or out of sync with yourself, I want to help you rediscover balance and natural vitality. It’s not about perfection, its about small, steady steps toward a healthier, more peaceful life
