The presence of dark circles, blackness around the mouth, and forehead may be due to an imbalance in your Pitta dosha, linked to stress, lifestyle or dietary choices. To begin with something natural, addressing this imbalance by incorporating cooling and soothing elements could be beneficial.

1. Dark Circles and Blackness: Consider applying a paste made from Sandalwood powder and Rosewater around the affected areas—it’s soothing and reduces hyperpigmentation. Apply it gently, leave it on for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse off with lukewarm water. This remedy can be used 2-3 times a week.

2. Diet and Lifestyle: Avoid excessive heat-producing foods like spicy, fried, and processed foods. Incorporate Pitta-pacifying foods into your diet, such as sweet fruits like pears, melons, and apples, as well as cooling beverages such as cucumber juice or coconut water.

3. Herbal Tea: Consuming herbal teas containing chamomile or fennel after meals can be soothing for both digestion and skin health. They help balance Pitta and improve overall health.

Regarding your hair concerns, these might also relate to Pitta, and perhaps Vata imbalance, leading to hair thinning and slow growth.

1. Hair Oil Massage: Regularly massaging your scalp with coconut oil or bhringraj oil can nourish your hair follicles. Warm the oil slightly, then apply to the scalp, gently massaging in small circular motions. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing.

2. Amla for Hair Health: Incorporating Amla (Indian gooseberry) into your routine can stimulate hair growth. You can consume it in powder form or drink Amla juice daily. It’s rich in vitamin C, promoting stronger hair.

3. Dietary Considerations: Include oats, nuts, seeds, and leafy greens in your diet. These foods provide essential nutrients like zinc and iron that support healthy hair growth.

Remember to remain consistent with these practices, as Ayurvedic remedies might take some time to show visible results. If you experience no improvement or notice any adverse changes, consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner or dermatologist would be advisable to ensure your treatment aligns with your dosha and overall health.
