Yoga aur pranayama bhi vata balance karne mein madadgar hai, jaise Anulom Vilom aur Bhramari. Ye stress reduce karta hai jo hair fall ka ek hidden reason hota hai.
Pimple aur gaddein jo aapko parishan kar rahi hain, uske liye ek neem aur haldi ka paste bana ke lagana beneficial hota hai. Neem ki pattein ko pees ke usmein haldi milake face pe lagayein, ye natural antiseptic hai.
